Claims (4)
- エンジン本体に取り付けられると共にエンジン本体側に凹部が形成された樹脂製ボディと、
前記ボディに一体に設けられ、前記凹部内に開口される第1端部を有し、導電材からなるナット部と、
前記ナット部の第2端部に取り付けられる電気部品と、
前記凹部内に配置され、前記ナット部の第1端部に取り付けられ、前記エンジン本体に圧接される導電バネとを備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関のアース構造。 - 前記凹部は油路を形成し、
前記電気部品が、前記油路の油圧を検出する油圧スイッチである請求項1に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。 - 前記導電バネは、前記ナット部と同軸に配置されるコイルバネからなり、前記ナット部の第1端部に螺合して取り付けられる一端部と、前記エンジン本体に圧接される他端部と、前記一端部および前記他端部との間に配置された中間部とを有する請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
- 前記他端部は、前記中間部より小さいピッチを有する請求項3に記載の内燃機関のアース構造。
