Description
[発明を実施するため形態]
スチレン−ブタジエンゴム0.1gに、スチレン−ブタジエンゴムの総重量に対して5重量部のカーボンブラックを機械的撹拌で分散させた後、一酸化ケイ素5gと混合した後、スプレードライ法によって複合体を製造した。このとき、前記スチレン−ブタジエンゴムは、一酸化ケイ素の表面でカーボンブラックが落ちることを防止する。
前記実施例1で製造された複合体を天然黒鉛、カーボンブラック及びポリテトラフルオロエチレンと40:55:2:3の重量比で混合して負極スラリーを製造した。
前記実施例1で製造された複合体を用いる代わりに、市販される一酸化ケイ素を用いたことを除いては、前記実施例2と同じ方法で負極スラリーを製造した。
前記実施例2で製造された負極スラリーを銅集電体の一面に65umの厚さにコーティングし、乾燥及び圧延した後、一定の大きさでパンチングして負極を製造した。
前記比較例1で製造された負極スラリーを用いたことを除いては、前記実施例3と同じ方法で二次電池を製造した。

- 金属酸化物及び半金属酸化物の少なくとも一方、前記金属酸化物及び半金属酸化物の少なくとも一方の表面にコーティングされた水系バインダ、及び前記水系バインダ内に分散された電気伝導性物質を含む複合体;
炭素材物質;
非水系バインダ;及び
導電材;を含み、
前記金属酸化物及び半金属酸化物の少なくとも一方は、SiOx、AlOx、SnOx、SbOx、BiOx、AsOx、GeOx、PbOx、ZnOx、CdOx、InOx、TiOx及びGaOx (このとき、0<x<2)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含み、
前記炭素材物質は、軟化炭素、硬化炭素、黒鉛、熱分解炭素、液晶ピッチ系炭素繊維、炭素微小球体、液晶ピッチ、石油系コークス及び石炭系コークスからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含む、
負極スラリー。 - 前記電気伝導性物質は、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、ケッチェンブラック、チャンネルブラック、ファーネスブラック、ランプブラック及びサーマルブラックからなる群より選ばれるカーボンブラック;炭素繊維及び金属繊維からなる群より選ばれる導電性繊維;フッ化カーボン、アルミニウム及びニッケル粉末からなる群より選ばれる金属粉末;酸化亜鉛及びチタン酸カリウムからなる群より選ばれる導電性ウィスカー;酸化チタンの導電性金属酸化物;及びポリフェニレン誘導体からなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の負極スラリー。
- 前記水系バインダは、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンゴム、カルボキシメチルセルロース及びヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の負極スラリー。
- 電気伝導性物質を水系バインダに分散させ;
前記電気伝導性物質が分散された水系バインダを金属酸化物及び半金属酸化物の少なくとも一方と混合して複合体を製造し;
前記複合体を炭素材物質、導電材及び非水系バインダと混合すること;を含み、
前記金属酸化物及び半金属酸化物の少なくとも一方は、SiOx、AlOx、SnOx、SbOx、BiOx、AsOx、GeOx、PbOx、ZnOx、CdOx、InOx、TiOx及びGaOx (このとき、0<x<2)からなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含み、

- 前記炭素材物質は、前記複合体の総重量に対して20重量部から80重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項4から6の何れか1項に記載の負極スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記非水系バインダは、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリビニリデンフルオライド(PVdF)、ポリビニルピロリドン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンからなる群より選ばれる1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項4から7の何れか1項に記載の負極スラリーの製造方法。
- 前記炭素材物質は、粒子状であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の負極スラリー。
- 正極活物質を含む正極;分離膜;請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の負極スラリーが集電体上に塗布された負極;及び電解質を含む二次電池。
