Description
厚さ0.7mmのソーダライムガラス基板に、MoとAl2O3との混合物(Al2O3が10重量%含まれる)のターゲットを用いてスパッタリングで中間層を形成した。中間層の膜厚は100nmとした。次に、純度99%のAl導電層をスパッタリングで形成した。導電層の膜厚は1000nmとした。その後、線幅10μm、線ピッチ300μmで格子状パタンをりん酸系エッチング液を用いて湿式同時エッチングにより形成した。開口率は93%であった。
実施例1のパタン形成面の全面にITO層をスパッタリングで形成した。ITO層の膜厚は100nmとした。
厚さ0.7mmのソーダライムガラス基板に、WとSiO2との混合物(SiO2が10重量%含まれる)のターゲットを用いてスパッタリングで中間層を形成した。中間層の膜厚は150nmとした。次に、純度99%のAl導電層をスパッタリングで形成した。導電層の膜厚は3000nmとした。その後、線幅10μm、線ピッチ100μmで格子状パタンをりん酸系エッチング液を用いて湿式同時エッチングにより形成した。開口率は74%であった。さらに、このパタン形成面の全面にITO層をスパッタリングで形成した。ITO層の膜厚は100nmとした。

基材としてポリカーボネートを使用し、15μmのCu箔を貼りつけ、エッチングで線幅10μm、線ピッチ300μmを形成して、シールド部材を得た。この比較例2および実施例1について、シールド部材に必要とされる、透過率、反射率、シールド特性の各数値を以下の表2に示す。なお、表中の「基材」は基材のみを、「製品」は導電層等を形成したものを、それぞれ評価した。

Claims (6)
- ガラス基板上に、中間層を形成し、その上にアルミニウムからなる導電層を形成してなる電磁波シールド板であって、
前記中間層および前記導電層は、スパッタリングまたは真空蒸着で形成された後に湿式エッチングにより開口部が形成されており、
前記中間層が、クロム、モリブデン、およびタングステンから選ばれる少なくとも1つの金属と、珪素の酸化物、およびアルミニウムの酸化物から選ばれる少なくとも1つの酸化物との混合物からなることを特徴とする電磁波シールド板。 - 前記ガラス基板がソーダライムガラス基板であり、前記開口部の形成後の前記中間層および前記導電層を含むガラス面全体に、インジウム錫オキサイドの層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波シールド板。
- 前記中間層が、モリブデンと、アルミニウムの酸化物との混合物、または、タングステンと、珪素の酸化物との混合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電磁波シールド板。
- 前記中間層が、モリブデンと、アルミニウムの酸化物との混合物であり、該混合物の全量に対する前記アルミニウムの酸化物の含有量が2〜16重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電磁波シールド板。
- 前記中間層の層厚が5nm〜500nmであり、前記導電層の層厚が500nm〜5000nmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波シールド板。
