Description
また、本発明のある態様による医療装置は、被検体にエネルギーを印加することで処置可能な処置デバイスと、前記被検体内に光を出射するための光出射面を有し、前記光出射面が前記処置デバイスから突出するように前記処置デバイス内に挿通されている照射部と、前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行うときに、前記光出射面を前記処置デバイス内に後退させ、前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行わないときに、前記光出射面を前記処置デバイスから突出する状態に復帰させる進退機構と、を備えている。

まず、その他の実施形態E1は、光ファイバ30の光出射面30aを加温する電熱ヒータ等の加温部を設けて、光出射面30a付近を加温することにより、脂肪の固形化を防ぐようにするものである。
その他の実施形態E2は、光ファイバ30の光出射面30aに、数百nm〜数μmの溝(フラクタル構造の溝)を配置して、ミストMST中の油分に対する撥油性を高めるものである。
その他の実施形態E3は、光ファイバ30の光出射面30aにITO透明電極を搭載して、ITO透明電極に電圧を印加することで、電気泳動を利用して油分を流すものである。
Claims (10)
- 被検体にエネルギーを印加することで処置可能な処置デバイスと、
前記処置デバイスに接続されていて、前記被検体内に光を出射するための光出射面を有する照射部と、
前記照射部の前記光出射面の前方に配置され、前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行わないときには前記光出射面を開放し、前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行うときには前記光出射面を遮蔽する遮蔽部と、
を備えることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 被検体にエネルギーを印加することで処置可能な処置デバイスと、
前記被検体内に光を出射するための光出射面を有し、前記光出射面が前記処置デバイスから突出するように前記処置デバイス内に挿通されている照射部と、
前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行うときに、前記光出射面を前記処置デバイス内に後退させ、前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行わないときに、前記光出射面を前記処置デバイスから突出する状態に復帰させる進退機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記進退機構により進退する前記光出射面の進退経路上に配設され、かつ前記進退機構により前記光出射面が後退している状態において前記光出射面を遮蔽し、かつ前記進退機構によって前進する際に前記光出射面が接触し、さらに前記光出射面の前進により付与される応力によって変形し前記光出射面を突出させる弁、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - 前記弁は、前記光出射面が前進する際に前記光出射面が接触する領域において、前記光出射面が前進して前記弁に応力を付与するときに前記光出射面を払拭可能な払拭部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記光出射面から前記被検体内に照射するためのレーザ光を発生して前記照射部へ供給する光源部と、
前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行っているときには、前記照射部への前記レーザ光の供給を停止させるように前記光源部を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記光出射面から前記被検体内に照射するためのレーザ光を発生して前記照射部へ供給する光源部と、
前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行っているときには、前記照射部への前記レーザ光の供給を停止させるように前記光源部を制御する制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - 前記光出射面から前記被検体内に照射するためのレーザ光を発生して前記照射部へ供給する光源部と、
前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行わないときには前記照射部へ供給する前記レーザ光が、使用時出力範囲未満の出力値となるように制御する制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記光出射面から前記被検体内に照射するためのレーザ光を発生して前記照射部へ供給する光源部と、
前記処置デバイスが処置動作を行わないときには前記照射部へ供給する前記レーザ光が、使用時出力範囲未満の出力値となるように制御する制御部と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - 前記照射部の前記光出射面を振動させる振動部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
