Description
a)所定の空間的配向と供給位置とを備えた第1の工作物として半製品を供給するステップと、
b)前記第1の工作物を送り機構の把持手段を用いて把持するステップと、
c)前記第1の工作物を前記把持手段を用いて第1の加工位置へ送り、その際に前記第1の工作物を空間内で自由に保持するステップと、
d)加工機構の加工ヘッドを前記第1の加工位置へ送って前記第1の工作物を加工し、その際に前記ステップc)と前記ステップd)とを複数回実施しうるステップと、
e)加工した前記第1の工作物を解放するステップと、
f)少なくとも1つの第2の工作物を所定の空間的配向と供給位置とで供給するステップと、
g)前記第2の工作物を把持して該第2の工作物を前記把持手段を用いて他の加工位置へ送り、前記第2の工作物を締め付け固定機構を用いて前記他の加工位置で保持するステップと、
h)前記加工ヘッドを前記他の加工位置へ送って、前記第2の工作物を加工するステップと、
i)加工した前記第2の工作物を解放するステップと、
を含んでいる。

Claims (5)
- レーザー光線を用いて工作物(5,6)を加工するための装置であって、前記工作物(5,6)を第1の加工位置(8.1)へ送るための送り機構(3)と、前記第1の加工位置(8.1)に送られた前記工作物(5,6)を加工するための少なくとも1つの加工ヘッド(2.1)を有する加工機構(2)とを含んでいる前記装置において、
前記送り機構(3)が把持機構(3.2)を備えた把持ロボットであること、
前記加工ヘッド(2.1)が少なくとも3つの自由度のまわりに可動であること、
前記送り機構(3)の把持領域に、保持部(4.1)を備えた供給機構(4)が配置され、前記保持部(4.1)の構成およびサイズは、該保持部(4.1)で保持される少なくとも1つの工作物(5,6)が前記送り機構(3)の所定の空間的配向と位置とにより供給されて前記保持部(4.1)から取り出されるように、選定されていること、
前記送り機構(3)によって送られた1つの工作物(5,6)を受容するための少なくとも1つの締め付け固定機構(9,10)が配置され、各締め付け固定機構(9,10)によってそれぞれ1つの加工位置が定義されていること、
前記加工ヘッド(2.1)が前記1つの工作物(5,6)を加工するための各加工位置へ送り可能であること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の加工位置が、前記把持手段(3.2)の所定の空間的配向と位置とによって与えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の装置を、レーザー光線を用いて非回転対称な工作物(5,6)を加工するために使用する方法。
- レーザー光線を用いて3次元の非回転対称な工作物(5,6)を加工するための方法において、
a)所定の空間的配向と供給位置とを備えた第1の工作物(5)として半製品を供給するステップと、
b)前記第1の工作物(5)を送り機構(3)の把持手段(3.2)を用いて把持するステップと、
c)前記第1の工作物(5)を前記把持手段(3.2)を用いて第1の加工位置(8.1)へ送り、その際に前記第1の工作物(5)を空間内で自由に保持するステップと、
d)加工機構(2)の加工ヘッド(2.1)を前記第1の加工位置(8.1)へ送って前記第1の工作物(5)を加工し、その際に前記ステップc)と前記ステップd)とを複数回実施しうるステップと、
e)加工した前記第1の工作物(5)を解放するステップと、
f)少なくとも1つの第2の工作物(6)を所定の空間的配向と供給位置とで供給するステップと、
g)前記第2の工作物(6)を把持して該第2の工作物(6)を前記把持手段(3.2)を用いて他の加工位置(8.2,8.3)へ送り、前記第2の工作物(6)を締め付け固定機構(9,10)を用いて前記他の加工位置(8.2,8.3)で保持するステップと、
h)前記加工ヘッド(2.1)を前記他の加工位置(8.2,8.3)へ送って、前記第2の工作物(6)を加工するステップと、
i)加工した前記第2の工作物(6)を解放するステップと、
を含んでいる方法。 - 前記ステップa)ないしc)と同時に前記ステップh)と前記ステップi)とを実施することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
