Claims (7)
- シャフト状のワークピース(15)を工作機械(1)上で加工するための方法であって、この工作機械が、フレーム(9)を有し、ワークピース(15)の為の第一及び第二のチャックデバイス(2,3)を有し、及び第一及び第二のツールキャリア(7,8)を有し、ワークピース(15)の供給ステーション(16)及び搬出ステーション(17)を有し、ツールキャリア(7,8)が加工のためのツール(18)及びワークピース(15)の搬送の為のキャッチャ(19,20,21)を備え、ツールキャリア(7,8)がフレーム(9)に、二つの互いに直交する方向に可動に案内されており、ワークピース(15)が、両チャックデバイス(2,3)の一方内で部分加工され、及び他方内で完全に加工され、ワークピース(15)が、積み降ろしの為にキャッチャ(19,20,21)により捕まれ及びツールキャリア(7,8)の進行により動かされ、及び、積み降ろしが以下のステップにより実行される、つまり
a)部分加工されたワークピース(15´)を、第二のワークピースキャリア(8)設けられた第一のキャッチャ(19)により、第一のチャックデバイス(2)から取り出し、そして同時に、未加工のワークピース(15)を、第一のワークピースキャリア(7)に設けられた第二のキャッチャ(20)により、供給ステーション(16)から取りし、
b)未加工のワークピース(15)を第一のチャックデバイス(2)内へ挿入し、
c)完全に加工されたワークピース(15´´)を第二のチャックデバイス(3)から取り出し、
d)部分加工されたワークピース(15´)を第二のチャックデバイス(3)内へ挿入し、
e)完全に加工されたワークピース(15´´)を搬出ステーション(17)内に保管する方法において、
ステップc)およびe)が、第二のワークピースキャリア(8)に設けられた第三のキャッチャ(21)により行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 第二のチャックデバイス(3)内のワークピース(15´)が、一つの正面側から加工されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- チャックデバイス(2,3)内のワークピース(15)が、両端部において挟み込まれ四軸で加工されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための工作機械であって、この工作機械が、フレーム(9)を有し、先端部(5)の間でワークピース(15)を挟み込むための心押し台(6)およびモータスピンドル(4)を有する第一のチャックデバイス(2)を有し、ワークピース(15)を一方側で挟み込むことができるチャックデバイス(3)を有し、及び加工の為のツール(18)及びワークピース(15)の搬送の為のキャッチャ(19,20,21)を有する第一及び第二のツールキャリア(8)を有し、ワークピース(15)の供給ステーション(16)及び搬出ステーション(17)を有し、第一のチャックデバイス(2)内のワークピース(15)が、第一及び第二のツールキャリア(7,8)のツール(18)により加工可能であり、
ワークピース(15)が、第一のツールキャリア(7)のキャッチャ(20)により供給ステーション(16)から第一のチャックデバイス(2)内へと移動可能であり及び挿入可能である工作機械において、
第二のツールキャリア(8)が、二つのワークピース(15´、15´´)を同時に取り出すための二つのキャッチャ(19,21)を備えることを特徴とする工作機械。 - 完全に加工されたワークピース(15´´)が、キャッチャ(21)により第二のチャックデバイス(3)から搬出ステーション(17)内へと移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の工作機械。
- 部分加工されたワークピース(15´)が、キャッチャ(19)により第一のチャックデバイス(2)から第二のチャックデバイス(3)へと移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の工作機械。
- 垂直ガイド(10)に設けられた垂直可動台(11,11´)に設けられたツールキャリア(7,8)が、フレーム(9)に沿って走行可能であること、水平ガイド(13)に設けられた水平可動台(14,14´)が、垂直可動台(11,11´)に沿って案内されていること、及びツールキャリア(7,8)が、水平可動台(14,14´)における垂直旋回軸(22)の周りを回転可能に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の工作機械。
