Claims (14)
- 第1の材料の外側外皮と、前記外側外皮によって包封された第2の材料の中央コアとを備える多層の射出成形品を形成する方法であって、
前記第1の材料および第2の材料を1つのストリームで射出成形型の型空洞内に射出するステップであって、前記第2の材料が前記第1の材料内に包み込まれる、ステップと、
前記第1の材料および第2の材料の両方が前記型空洞の少なくとも1つの第1の領域内に存在し、前記第1の材料だけが前記型空洞の少なくとも1つの第2の領域内に存在するように、前記型空洞内の流路によって前記ストリームの流れを制御するステップであって、前記流路が、前記型空洞の第1の領域内に少なくとも1つの一次流路を含み、前記一次流路は少なくとも2つの二次流路に分かれる、ステップと
を含み、
前記型空洞の第1の領域内の前記二次流路の第1の二次流路の抵抗が、前記型空洞の第2の領域内にある前記2つの二次流路の第2の二次流路のものに対して低減され、
前記第1の材料および第2の材料を、前記第1の二次流路に同時に導かれるよう前記ストリームの流れを制御することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の材料は、実質的に液体不浸透性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の材料は、実質的にガス耐性であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料および第2の材料は、異なるポリマー材料であることを特徴とする前記請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記二次流路の前記第1の二次流路の前記抵抗は、前記二次流路の以下の要素、すなわち
前記二次流路の断面積、
前記二次流路の長さ、
前記一次流路と、前記第2の二次流路ではなく前記第1の二次流路との間の半径、
前記一次流路と前記二次流路の一方または両方との間の角度(1つまたは複数)
の1つまたは複数を、互いに対して変化させることによって前記二次流路の前記第2の二次流路に対して低減されることを特徴とする前記請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記二次流路の1つまたは複数は、再度分かれて別の二次流路を形成する一次流路になることを特徴とする前記請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記一次流路は、複数の二次流路に分かれることを特徴とする前記請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の材料の外側外皮と、前記外側外皮によって包封された第2の材料の中央コアとを備える多層の射出成形品を形成するための装置であって、
前記成形品の形状を画定する型空洞を有する射出成形型と、
前記第1の材料および第2の材料を単一のストリームとして前記型空洞内に共射出する手段であって、このとき前記第2の材料は前記第1の材料によって包み込まれる、手段とを備え、
前記型空洞が、前記第1の材料および第2の材料の両方が前記型空洞の少なくとも1つの第1の領域内に存在し、前記第1の材料だけが前記型空洞の少なくとも1つの第2の領域内に存在するように、前記材料の流れを制御する流路を備え、
前記流路が、前記型空洞の第1の領域内に少なくとも1つの一次流路を含み、前記一次流路は少なくとも2つの二次流路に分かれ、前記二次流路の第1の二次流路は、前記型空洞の第1の領域内にあり、前記型空洞の第2の領域内にある前記二次流路の第2の二次流路に対してより低い抵抗を有し、
前記第1の材料および第2の材料は、前記第1の二次流路に同時に導かれることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記二次流路の前記第1の二次流路の前記抵抗は、前記二次流路の以下の要素、すなわち

- 前記一次流路は、複数の二次流路に分かれることを特徴とする請求項8から10までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記型空洞が飲料カートリッジの外側部材を成形し、前記型空洞の第2の領域が前記外側部材のフランジ部分を形成し、
前記フランジ部分を形成するために前記二次流路の前記第2の二次流路に第1の材料のみを進行させることを含む、前記型空洞内の流路によって前記ストリームの流れを制御する請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記飲料カートリッジの外側部材のフランジ部分に、積層体を接合することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記型空洞が飲料のカートリッジの外側部材を成形するために構成され、前記型空洞の第2の領域が前記外側部材のフランジ部分を形成する、
前記少なくとも2つの二次流路が、前記第1および第2の材料のストリームの流れを制御して、前記外側部材の前記フランジ部分を形成するために、前記二次流路の前記第2の二次流路に第1の材料のみが流入することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
