Abstract
aperfeiçoamento em moldagem por co-injeção - a presente invenção se refere a aavanços em moldagem por injeção e, em particular, a um método e aparelho para moldagem por co-injeção de artigos de geometria complexa não simétrica. o método forma um artigo moldado por injeção de múltiplas camadas que compreende um revestimento de um primeiro material e um núcleo central de um segundo material que é encapsulado pelo revestimento. o primeiro e segundo materiais são injetados em uma única corrente em uma cavidade de um molde de injeção, como o segundo material encerrado no interior do primeiro material. o fluxo da corrente é controlado por meio de trajetórias de fluxos dentro da cavidade de molde de tal modo que tanto o primeiro como o segundo materiais estejam presentes em ao menos uma primeira área da cavidade de molde e que somente o primeiro material esteja presente em ao menos uma segunda área da c avidade de molde. as trajetórias de fluxo incluem ao menos uma trajetória de fluxo primária na primeira área de cavidade de molde que se divide em ao menos duas trajetórias de fluxo secundárias. a resistência de uma primeira dentre as trajetórias de fluxo secundárias na ao menos uma primeira área de cavidade de molde é reduzida em relação aquela de uma segunda dentre as duas trajetórias de fluxo secundárias, a qual está na ao menos a segunda área de cavidade de molde.
