Description
1. 格子定数(a0):X線回折法。
2. 結晶化度(C/C0):X線回折法。
3. ケイ素アルミニウム比:X線回折法。
4. Na20含有量:炎光光度法。
5. RE203含有量:比色法。
6. P含有量:分光光度法。
7. 粒子径:使用された機器がMICRO-PLUS型レーザ粒径分析器であり、フルスケールミー散乱理論で、テスト範囲が0.05〜550μmである。
1. NaY分子篩:NaY-1 (ケイ素アルミニウム比4.8、結晶化度92%)、NaY-2(ケイ素アルミニウム比4.1、結晶化度83%)、蘭州石化公司触媒厰製。
2. 超安定化一交一焙分子篩サンプル:結晶化度60%、酸化ナトリウム4.3m%、蘭州石化公司触媒厰製。
3. 希土類溶液:塩化希土類(希土類酸化物277.5g/L)、硝酸希土類(希土類酸化物252g/L)、いずれも工業製品であり、蘭州石化公司触媒厰より入手した。
4. セスバニア粉、ホウ酸、尿素、エタノール、ポリアクリルアミド、蓚酸、アジピン酸、酢酸、ギ酸、塩酸、硝酸、クエン酸、サリチル酸、酒石酸、デンプンはいずれも化学純であり、塩化アンモニウム、硝酸アンモニウム、硫酸アンモニウム、蓚酸アンモニウム、リン酸、亜リン酸、無水リン酸、リン酸水素ジアンモニウム、リン酸二水素アンモニウム、リン酸アンモニウム、亜リン酸アンモニウム、亜リン酸二水素アンモニウム、リン酸アルミニウムはいずれも工業製品である。
ACE重油マイクロリアクター:反応温度が530℃であり、触媒/オイル比が5であり、原料油が新疆油30%減圧残油混練したものである。
Claims (23)
- 希土類酸化物1〜20重量%、リン(Pで計算する)0.1〜5重量%、酸化ナトリウム1.2重量%以下を含有し、結晶化度が51〜69%であり、格子定数が2.449nm〜2.469nmであるリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩であって、
当該分子篩の製造工程は、NaY分子篩を原料とし、希土類交換、分散予備交換を含み、希土類交換、分散予備交換の前後順序が限定されておらず、希土類交換と分散予備交換が連続して行われ、その間に焙焼工程がなく、
分散予備交換において、分子篩スラリーの濃度を固形分80〜400g/Lに調整して、0.2重量%〜7重量%の分散剤を加えて分散予備交換を行い、交換温度が0〜100℃であり、交換時間が0.1〜1.5時間であり、
分散予備交換工程において、前記分散剤がセスバニア粉、ホウ酸、尿素、エタノール、ポリアクリルアミド、酢酸、蓚酸、アジピン酸、ギ酸、塩酸、硝酸、クエン酸、サリチル酸、酒石酸、安息香酸、デンプンから選ばれたいずれか一種又は複数種であり、
希土類交換、分散予備交換においてはアンモニウム塩が使用されていないことを特徴とするリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩。 - 希土類交換条件は、分子篩スラリーの濃度が固形分80〜400g/Lに調整され、希土類化合物添加量が、RE203で計算すると、RE2O3/NaY分子篩の質量比が0.005〜0.25であり、交換温度が0〜100℃であり、交換pH値が2.5〜6.0であり、交換時間が0.1〜2時間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩。
- 希土類化合物は塩化希土類、硝酸希土類又は硫酸希土類であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩。
- 希土類はランタンリッチ希土類、セリウムリッチ希土類、純ランタン又は純セリウムであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩。
- 分散剤の添加量が0.2重量%〜5重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩。
- NaY分子篩を原料として、希土類交換、分散予備交換及び一回目の焙焼を行って、「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られ、さらに「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩に対してアンモニウム塩交換、リン変性、二回目の焙焼を行う方法であって、アンモニウム塩交換、リン変性の前後順序が限られておらず、二回目の焙焼がアンモニウム塩交換によるナトリウム低下の後に行われるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリン含有超安定化希土類Y型分子篩の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まずNaY分子篩を希土類交換して、反応終了後ろ過、洗浄を行って、その後さらにろ過ケーキを分散剤と均一に混合し予備交換反応を行い、最後にろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、一回目の焙焼を行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まずNaY分子篩を分散予備交換して、反応終了後ろ過、洗浄することでろ過ケーキが得られ、ろ過ケーキを希土類化合物溶液と均一に混合しろ過ケーキ交換を行い、反応終了後、ろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発し乾燥した後、一回目の焙焼を行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まずNaY分子篩を分散予備交換して、その後さらに希土類化合物を加え缶式交換を行い、反応終了後、ろ過、洗浄及び一回目の焙焼を行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まずNaY分子篩を希土類交換して、反応終了後、さらに分散剤を加え分散予備交換反応し、最後にろ過、洗浄及び一回目の焙焼を行うことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まずNaY分子篩を分散予備交換して、反応終了後、分子篩スラリーをベルトフィルターでろ過、希土類ベルト交換及びろ過ケーキの水洗浄を行い、ベルトフィルターによる希土類ベルト交換の条件は、交換温度が60℃〜95℃であり、交換pH値が3.2〜4.8であり、ベルトフィルターの真空度が0.03〜0.05であり、最後にろ過、水洗浄されたろ過ケーキに対して一回目の焙焼をすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、NaY分子篩の分散予備交換が終了した後、希土類交換する際、希土類合計量が変わらないことを前提として、希土類化合物溶液をいくつかの部分に分けて、缶式交換、ベルト交換及び/又はろ過ケーキ交換するように行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、NaY分子篩の分散予備交換工程が、分散剤合計量が変わらないことを前提として、分散剤をいくつかの部分に分けて、缶式交換、ベルト交換及び/又はろ過ケーキ交換するように行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩の製造方法は、まず一種の分散剤を選択して、NaY分子篩と分散予備交換反応を行って、その後希土類交換反応を行い、反応終了後、さらにもう一種の分散剤を加えて二回目の分散予備交換を行い、二回の分散予備交換の間に分子篩をろ過してもよいし、ろ過しなくてもよいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- アンモニウム塩交換条件は、「一交一焙」超安定化希土類ナトリウムY分子篩を脱イオン水に加え、固形分100〜400g/Lに調整して、NH4 +/NaY分子篩の質量比が0.02〜0.40であり、pH値が2.5〜5.0であり、60℃〜95℃で0.3〜1.5時間反応することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 一回目の焙焼の条件は、ろ過ケーキを350℃〜700℃、0〜100%水蒸気で0.3〜3.5時間焙焼することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- リン変性は、「一交一焙」後の分子篩スラリーの濃度を固形分80〜400g/Lに調整して、0.1重量%〜5重量%のリン含有化合物を加えて交換し、交換温度が0〜100℃であり、交換時間が0.1〜1.5時間であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- リン含有化合物はリン酸、亜リン酸、無水リン酸、リン酸水素ジアンモニウム、リン酸二水素アンモニウム、リン酸アンモニウム、亜リン酸アンモニウム、亜リン酸二水素アンモニウム、リン酸アルミニウムから選ばれるいずれか一種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られた後、「一交一焙」後の希土類ナトリウムY分子篩スラリーをまずリン変性交換して、反応終了後、ろ過、洗浄してろ過ケーキが得られ、ろ過ケーキとアンモニウム塩溶液とを均一に混合し、ろ過ケーキ交換を行い、反応終了後ろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、二回目の焙焼をすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られた後、「一交一焙」後の希土類ナトリウムY分子篩スラリーをまずリン変性交換して、その後アンモニウム塩と均一に混合し交換を行い、反応終了後、ろ過、洗浄してろ過ケーキが得られ、ろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、二回目の焙焼をすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られた後、「一交一焙」後の希土類ナトリウムY分子篩スラリーをまずアンモニウム塩交換して、反応終了後、ろ過、洗浄してろ過ケーキが得られ、ろ過ケーキとリン変性溶液とを均一に混合しろ過ケーキ交換を行い、反応終了後、ろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、二回目の焙焼をすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られた後、「一交一焙」後の希土類ナトリウムY分子篩スラリーをアンモニウム塩交換して、反応終了後、ろ過ケーキとリン変性溶液とを十分均一に混合し交換を行い、その後ろ過、洗浄してろ過ケーキが得られ、最後にろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、二回目の焙焼をすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- NaY分子篩を原料として、希土類交換、分散予備交換及び一回目の焙焼を行って、「一交一焙」希土類ナトリウムY分子篩が得られ、「一交一焙」後の希土類ナトリウムY分子篩スラリーをまずアンモニウム塩交換して、反応終了後、ろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥した後、二回目の焙焼を行い、その後ろ過ケーキを改めてスラリー化して、リン変性溶液と十分均一に混合し交換を行い、その後ろ過、洗浄してろ過ケーキが得られ、最後にろ過ケーキをフラッシュ蒸発乾燥することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。
