Claims (8)
- 排ガス処理デバイス(11)であって、
第1の前側(3)および第1の後側(26)を有する少なくとも部分的に導電性の第1のハニカムボディ(12)、
第2の前側(25)および第2の後側(27)を有する少なくとも部分的に導電性の第2のハニカムボディ(13)、
前記第1のハニカムボディ(12)と前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)との間に定義される中間スペース(15)、
前記第1のハニカムボディ(12)に固定されて、前記第1の後側(26)の後方へ第1の長さ(8)をもって前記中間スペース(15)内に延び、そして、前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)の前記第2の前側(25)から第1の距離(16)に位置する多数の電極(6)であって、前記第1の距離(16)は、大きさを設定され、前記多数の電極(6)は、前記中間スペース(15)において正確に定義される電界および/またはプラズマを生成するために互いに間隔を置いて配置される、多数の電極(6)、および、
前記多数の電極(6)と前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)との間に電位を形成するように構成される電源(18)、を備え、
前記中間スペース(15)を囲む絶縁体(14)が設けられ、
前記第1のハニカムボディ(12)は、少なくとも部分的に構造化された少なくとも1つの金属箔(2)を有し、前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)は、少なくとも1つのフィルタ材料(29)を有する、排ガス処理デバイス(11)。 - 少なくとも1つの電極(6)の前記第1の長さ(8)は、他の電極(6)の前記第1の長さ(8)と異なる、請求項1に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)。
- 前記第1のハニカムボディ(12)の少なくとも前記第1の後側(26)または前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)の少なくとも前記第2の前側(25)は、非平面形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)。
- 前記第1の距離(16)は5mm〜50mmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)。
- 前記電源(18)は、前記多数の電極(6)と前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)との間に5kVを上回る電圧を生成するように設定される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)を有するすす粒子を含む排ガスを処理する方法であって、前記多数の電極(6)と前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)との間に電界が少なくとも一時的に適用され、その結果、前記排ガス処理デバイス(11)の中を流れているすす粒子のいくつかは、少なくともイオン化されるかまたは塊になって前記第2のハニカムボディ(13)上に堆積される、方法。
- 前記電極の第1のセットは、前記電極(6)の第2のセットとは異なって動作する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関(19)および、前記内燃機関(19)からの排ガスを処理するための請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理デバイス(11)を有する、自動車両(1)。
