また、ステップ256では、ゲート線ドライバ80からゲート配線76を介してTFT70へ供給される信号のレベルを、TFT70をオンさせるレベルへ切り替えることを、放射線検出器60の全てのゲート配線76について同時に行うことで、放射線検出器60の全てのTFT70を各々オンさせる。これにより、放射線検出器60の個々の画素部74の蓄積容量68(及び光電変換部72の上部電極72Aと下部電極72Bの間)に蓄積されていた電荷が廃棄されると共に、電子カセッテ32に放射線が照射される迄の間、個々の画素部74の光電変換部72から出力される暗電流が電荷として蓄積されることも阻止される。

Claims (5)
- 被写体を透過した放射線を吸収して発光する単一の発光部と、
前記発光部から放出された光を画像として検出する第1検出手段と、
有機光電変換材料から成り前記発光部から放出された光を検出する第2検出手段と、
が、放射線の到来方向の上流側から、前記第2検出手段、前記第1検出手段、前記発光部の順に積層され、
前記第2検出手段が、前記発光部から放出され、前記第1検出手段を透過した光を検出する放射線検出パネル。 - 前記第1検出手段は、基板の一方の面に形成された複数の画素部と、前記第1検出手段の表面を平坦化する平坦化層と、を含み、
前記発光部が前記平坦化層に接着され、前記第2検出手段が前記基板のうち前記第1検出手段と反対側の面に形成された請求項1記載の放射線検出パネル。 - 前記第1検出手段は2次元に配列された複数の光電変換素子を備え、
前記第2検出手段は前記第1検出手段の前記光電変換素子よりも低い配置密度で配置された複数の光センサを備える請求項1記載の放射線検出パネル。 - 前記発光部は、前記第1検出手段が形成された基板に接するように形成された請求項1記載の放射線検出パネル。
- 前記発光部はCsIから成る請求項4記載の放射線検出パネル。
