スズ含有金属酸化物はスズ元素と、スズ以外の他の一種の金属元素とを含み、7未満の分散度指数及び3未満の急峻性比で定義される粒径分布を有するナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子を製造するための方法。 - 工程(2)、(3)、及び(4)のうち一つ又は複数の工程において界面活性剤で前記スズ含有金属酸化物前駆体粒子又はスズ含有金属酸化物粒子をコートし、当該工程(2)、(3)、及び(4)のうち一つ又は複数の工程においてスズ含有金属酸化物前駆体粒子又はスズ含有金属酸化物粒子の重量に基づき0.01%〜30%の界面活性剤を添加する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 液相間転移法、洗浄後液相間転移法、洗浄後遠心分離、又は洗浄後濾過のいずれか一つの方法で工程(2)又は工程(4)の分離を行い、
前記液相間転移法では、うち一つの水相液体ともう一つの有機相液体はお互いに溶け合わない請求項6又は7に記載の方法。 - 工程(1)の反応を100℃未満の温度で行い、
工程(1)の反応を非酸性条件下で行い、
工程(1)の反応を水性媒体の中で行い、前記水性媒体は水、アルコール類、アミド、ケトン、エポキシド及びこれらの混合物のうち少なくとも一種である請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 工程(1)のスズイオン及び/又は他の金属イオンは酢酸塩、ハロゲン化物塩、硝酸塩、リン酸塩、硫酸塩、塩素酸塩、ホウ酸塩、ヨウ素酸塩、炭酸塩、過塩素酸塩、酒石酸塩、ギ酸塩、ふどう酸塩、乳酸塩、アミノスルホン酸塩、これらの塩の水和物又は混合物に由来し、
工程(1)の前記沈殿剤は塩基であり、前記塩基は酸素含有塩基であり、前記酸素含有塩基はアルカリ金属水酸化物、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属炭酸塩、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩、アルカリ金属炭酸水素塩、アンモニア水、有機塩基又はこれらの混合物であり、
工程(3)は100℃超と1〜20大気圧において行われ、
工程(3)の前記酸化剤は過酸化物であり、
工程(3)の前記還元剤はヒドラジン水和物、エチレンジアミン、シュウ酸、ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、金属スズ粉末、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム及びこれらの混合物より選択され、
前記工程(1)及び/又は工程(3)は高せん断条件下で行われ、
前記高せん断条件下は、反応行程中の攪拌溶液に生まれるせん断力がレイノルズ数を2000〜200000の範囲内に保つ条件下である請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 分散媒体と請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子を含み、
分散体の重量に基づくと、ナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子の固形分は少なくとも5%であるナノスズ含有金属酸化物分散体。 - 紫外線遮蔽可能なナノ金属酸化物ナノ粒子をさらに含み、
前記紫外線遮蔽可能なナノ金属酸化物は酸化亜鉛、酸化チタン及び酸化セリウムのうちから選択される少なくとも1種で、かつ分散体の重量に基づくと、前記紫外線遮蔽可能なナノ金属酸化物ナノ粒子の含有量が少なくとも5%である請求項11に記載のナノスズ含有金属酸化物分散体。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子を含み、
塗料若しくはコート膜である太陽光制御複合材料。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子を含み、
前記ナノスズ含有金属酸化物粒子が可視光透過可能な材料の表面及び/又は内部に、又は可視光透過可能な材料の表面上の塗料及び/又はコート膜に存在し、
当該可視光透過可能な材料はガラスである可視光透過可能な材料。
