Claims (8)
- 基材である溶融材と、前記溶融材に積層し前記溶融材よりも溶融温度が高い耐熱材と、を含むセパレータを切断するセパレータ切断装置であって、
前記セパレータを切断片が発生するように切断する相互に離間して配置された少なくとも2つの切断部材と、
前記切断片を吸引しつつ前記セパレータから離間する方向に向かって移動させる第1吸引部と、
前記セパレータの切断で発生する切断塵を吸引する第2吸引部と、を有する電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。 - 前記第2吸引部は、前記第1吸引部を挟み込むように一対設けている請求項1に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 前記第2吸引部の先端は、前記セパレータに当接する請求項2に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 前記切断部材は、側面部から刃先と対向する基端部にかけて連通した中空形状に形成され、前記切断塵を前記側面部から前記基端部の側に吸引する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 前記切断部材に隣接して設け、前記切断部材の前記側面部の方向に向けて送風する送風部材をさらに有する請求項4に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 切断する前記セパレータの前記耐熱材は、前記溶融材に塗布して乾燥させた粉体を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 前記粉体は、セラミックスで形成した請求項6に記載の電気デバイスのセパレータ切断装置。
- 基材である溶融材と、前記溶融材に積層し前記溶融材よりも溶融温度が高い耐熱材と、を含むセパレータを切断するセパレータ切断方法であって、
前記セパレータを相互に離間して配置された少なくとも2つの切断部材で切断片が発生するように切断し、
第1吸引部で前記切断片を吸引しつつ前記セパレータから離間する方向に向かって移動させ、第2吸引部で前記セパレータの切断で発生する切断塵を吸引する電気デバイスのセパレータ切断方法。
