また、本発明の他のセパレータ搬送方法は、所定形状のセパレータが切り出されるセパレータ素材を外周面に保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状回転体の外周面に対応して、セパレータ素材またはセパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、吸着領域よりもセパレータ素材が外周面上に供給される供給位置側に位置するとともに、外周面に対してセパレータ素材を吸着して固定可能な滑り領域と、を区画し、外周面を、吸着領域および滑り領域と相対的に回転可能とする。吸着領域と供給位置との間でセパレータ素材を切断し、切り出されたセパレータを吸着領域において外周面に吸着して搬送する。切り出されたセパレータの搬送中に、ロック機構によってセパレータ素材を拘束し、切断されたセパレータ素材を滑り領域において外周面に対して滑らせることによって、円柱状回転体へのセパレータ素材の供給を停止させる。円柱状回転体の回転角度が所定の角度になったときに、ロック機構のセパレータ素材の拘束動作を解除することによって、円柱状回転体へのセパレータ素材の供給を開始させる。

- 所定形状のセパレータが切り出されるセパレータ素材を外周面に保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状回転体と、
前記円柱状回転体の外周面に保持された前記セパレータ素材を切断する切断部と、を有し、
前記円柱状回転体の外周面に対応して、
前記セパレータ素材またはセパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、
前記吸着領域よりも前記セパレータ素材が前記外周面上に供給される供給位置側に位置するとともに、前記外周面に対して前記セパレータ素材を吸着して固定する状態および吸着しつつ滑らす状態の間で切り換え可能に吸着力を調整可能な滑り領域と、が区画され、
前記外周面は、前記吸着領域および滑り領域と相対的に回転し、
前記滑り領域の吸着力を制御する制御部をさらに有し、

前記円柱状回転体の外周面に保持された前記セパレータ素材を切断する切断部と、を有し、
前記円柱状回転体の外周面に対応して、
前記セパレータ素材またはセパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、
前記吸着領域よりも前記セパレータ素材が前記外周面上に供給される供給位置側に位置するとともに、前記外周面に対して前記セパレータ素材を吸着して固定可能な滑り領域と、が区画され、
前記外周面は、前記吸着領域および滑り領域と相対的に回転し、
前記セパレータ素材を拘束することによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を停止させるロック機構と、
前記ロック機構の拘束動作を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記切断部は、前記吸着領域と前記供給位置との間で前記セパレータ素材を切断し、
前記円柱状回転体は、切り出された前記セパレータを前記吸着領域において前記外周面に吸着して搬送し、
前記制御部は、
前記切り出されたセパレータの搬送中に、前記ロック機構によって前記セパレータ素材を拘束し、切断された前記セパレータ素材を前記滑り領域において前記外周面に対して滑らせることによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を停止させ、
前記円柱状回転体の回転角度が所定の角度になったときに、前記ロック機構の前記セパレータ素材の拘束動作を解除することによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を開始させる、セパレータ搬送装置。 - 所定形状のセパレータが切り出されるセパレータ素材を外周面に保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状回転体の外周面に対応して、
前記セパレータ素材またはセパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、
前記吸着領域よりも前記セパレータ素材が前記外周面上に供給される供給位置側に位置するとともに、前記外周面に対して前記セパレータ素材を吸着して固定する状態および吸着しつつ滑らす状態の間で切り換え可能に吸着力を調整可能な滑り領域と、を区画し、
前記外周面を、前記吸着領域および滑り領域と相対的に回転可能とし、
前記吸着領域と前記供給位置との間で前記セパレータ素材を切断し、
切り出された前記セパレータを前記吸着領域において前記外周面に吸着して搬送し、
前記切り出されたセパレータの搬送中に、前記滑り領域の吸着力を前記吸着領域よりも低くし、切断された前記セパレータ素材を前記滑り領域において前記外周面に対して滑らせることによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を停止させ、
前記円柱状回転体の回転角度が所定の角度になったときに、前記滑り領域の吸着力を前記セパレータ素材を吸着して固定する状態の吸着力に切り換えることによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を開始させる、セパレータ搬送方法。 - ロック機構によって前記セパレータ素材を拘束することによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を停止させて、前記セパレータ素材を前記滑り領域で滑らせる、請求項4に記載のセパレータ搬送方法。
- 所定形状のセパレータが切り出されるセパレータ素材を外周面に保持して回転することで搬送する円柱状回転体の外周面に対応して、
前記セパレータ素材またはセパレータを吸着する吸着領域と、
前記吸着領域よりも前記セパレータ素材が前記外周面上に供給される供給位置側に位置するとともに、前記外周面に対して前記セパレータ素材を吸着して固定可能な滑り領域と、を区画し、
前記外周面を、前記吸着領域および滑り領域と相対的に回転可能とし、
前記吸着領域と前記供給位置との間で前記セパレータ素材を切断し、
切り出された前記セパレータを前記吸着領域において前記外周面に吸着して搬送し、
前記切り出されたセパレータの搬送中に、ロック機構によって前記セパレータ素材を拘束し、切断された前記セパレータ素材を前記滑り領域において前記外周面に対して滑らせることによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を停止させ、
前記円柱状回転体の回転角度が所定の角度になったときに、前記ロック機構の前記セパレータ素材の拘束動作を解除することによって、前記円柱状回転体への前記セパレータ素材の供給を開始させる、セパレータ搬送方法。
