Claims (7)
- エンジンの筒内に燃料を噴射するインジェクタに供給される燃料の圧力を検出する燃圧検出手段と、
エンジン始動時に、前記燃圧検出手段により検出された燃料圧力が所定圧未満の場合に、前記エンジンの吸気行程で燃料噴射を行うエアパージ制御を実行する燃料噴射制御手段と、を備えることを特徴とする筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記エアパージ制御の実行中には、前記燃料圧力が前記所定圧以上の場合よりも、前記インジェクタの燃料噴射時間を長くすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記エアパージ制御の実行中には、前記吸気行程での一段噴射を行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記エンジンがクランキングされて初爆から完爆に移った後、前記燃料圧力が前記所定圧未満になった場合に、前記エアパージ制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
- 燃料タンクに貯留されている燃料の量を検出する燃料量検出手段と、
燃料噴射が開始されてからの燃料噴射量を積算する燃料噴射量積算手段と、をさらに備え、
前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記エアパージ制御の実行中に、前記燃料量検出手段により検出された燃料の量が所定量以上であり、かつ、前記燃料噴射量積算手段により積算された燃料噴射量の積算値が所定値以上となった場合に、前記エアパージ制御を停止することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。 - 前記所定値は、前記燃料タンクに貯留されている燃料を吸い上げる低圧燃料ポンプから前記インジェクタに至るまでの燃料供給系を構成する各部品及び配管の容積に応じて設定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記エアパージ制御の実行中に、前記燃圧検出手段により検出された実際の燃料圧力と燃料圧力の制御目標値との偏差が所定の公差内に収まっている状態が、所定時間以上継続した場合に、前記エアパージ制御を停止することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の筒内噴射エンジンの制御装置。
