Claims (4)
- バッテリケーブルの外周に熱融着テープを設置し、この熱融着テープが設置された熱融着テープ設置部位を電流センサのハウジングとホルダとで挟み込んで圧縮して、前記熱融着テープ設置部位を変形させて前記ハウジングに固定した後、熱を加えて前記熱融着テープを軟化させ、この軟化後に前記熱融着テープを硬化させた状態になっており、前記ハウジングと前記ホルダとによる挟み込みを止めても、熱融着テープ設置部位の形状が、前記ハウジングと前記ホルダとによる挟み込みをしていたときの形状を維持するように構成されていることを特徴とするバッテリケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造。
- 請求項1に記載のバッテリケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造において、
前記ハウジングは、前記バッテリケーブルを流れる電流を検出する電流検出部が設けられているハウジング本体と、
前記電流検出部から離れ前記電流検出部を覆うようにして前記ハウジング本体に設置されているカバーとを備えて構成されており、
前記熱融着テープ設置部位は、前記ホルダと前記ハウジング本体に設置されているカバーとで挟まれていることを特徴とするバッテリケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造。 - 請求項2に記載のバッテリケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造において、
前記電流検出部と前記カバーとの間は、軟質充填材が充填されていることを特徴とするバッテリケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造。 - バッテリケーブルを流れる電流を検出する電流検出部が設けられているハウジングと、
前記バッテリケーブルの外周に巻かれている熱融着テープと、
前記熱融着テープが巻かれている熱融着テープ設置部位を、前記ハウジングと協働して挟み込んで圧縮し、前記熱融着テープ設置部位を変形させて前記ハウジングに固定した後、熱を加えて前記熱融着テープを軟化させ、この軟化後に前記熱融着テープを硬化させた状態にしていることで、前記熱融着テープ設置部位の断面形状を楕円状に変形させているホルダと、
を有し、前記ハウジングと前記ホルダとによる圧縮を解除したときに、前記熱融着テープ設置部位の断面形状が前記楕円状を維持するように構成されており、
前記ハウジングと前記ホルダとによる圧縮がされている状態では、前記ケーブルの楕円の短軸方向が、前記ケーブルと前記電流検出部とがならんでいる方向と一致していることを特徴とするケーブルへの電流センサ取付構造。
