Claims (4)
- 略平板状で、中央部が拡面化され、両端部が陽極端子を構成する、弁作用金属からなる陽極体と、前記陽極体の前記中央部の表面に形成されてなる酸化皮膜と、前記酸化皮膜の表面に形成された導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層と、前記固体電解質層の表面に形成された陰極層を有する固体電解コンデンサ素子の、前記陽極端子が引き出された第一面側には、絶縁性を有する熱融着性高分子を含浸させ貫通孔を設けてなるテープと、金属板を成形加工してなり、略長方形の、4辺にそれぞれ立ち上がり部が設けられた箱状の陰極端子と、前記貫通孔に充填され前記陰極層及び前記陰極端子を接続する導電材が配置され、前記第一面と対向する第二面側には、絶縁性を有する熱融着性高分子を含浸させたテープと金属からなる補強板が配置された固体電解コンデンサであって、前記陰極端子は曲げ加工による立ち上がり部を有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極端子の、前記立ち上がり部の隣り合う側部どうしが互いに接続されてなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極層の表面の陰極端子との接続部以外の部分が、高分子材料により封止されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。」(下線部は補正箇所)であり、
- 前記立ち上がり部の先端は、前記補強板よりも前記第一面側に配置されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
