Abstract
【課題】 基板に実装する際の導通不良を低減し、かつ、素子内部への酸素の侵入がなく、高信頼性、高温耐久性に優れ、しかも封止による外装が不要な、表面実装型の固体電解コンデンサを提供すること。
【解決手段】 表面実装用の陽極端子8を具備したコンデンサ素子の、陰極層4の表面全体を熱融着テープで覆い、実装側に対向する面には補強板11を、実装側には曲げ加工による立ち上がり部を有する陰極端子9を配置する。陰極端子9の立ち上がり部により、熱融着テープに含まれる高分子材料の硬化工程における流出を防止し、陰極端子の実装面への付着をなくすとともに、陰極層4を覆う熱融着テープが、外部からの酸素拡散を抑制し、固体電解質層3を構成する導電性高分子の酸化による特性低下を防止することができる。

Claims (3)
- 略平板状で、中央部が拡面化され、両端部が陽極端子を構成する、弁作用金属からなる陽極体と、前記陽極体の前記中央部の表面に形成されてなる酸化皮膜と、前記酸化皮膜の表面に形成された導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層と、前記固体電解質層の表面に形成された陰極層を有する固体電解コンデンサ素子の、前記陽極端子が引き出された第一面側には、絶縁性を有する熱融着性高分子を含浸させ貫通孔を設けてなるテープと、金属板を成形加工してなる陰極端子と、前記貫通孔に充填され前記陰極層及び前記陰極端子を接続する導電材が配置され、前記第一面と対向する第二面側には、絶縁性を有する熱融着性高分子を含浸させたテープと金属からなる補強板が配置された固体電解コンデンサであって、前記陰極端子は曲げ加工による立ち上がり部を有することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記陰極層の表面の陰極端子との接続部以外の部分が、高分子材料により封止されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記立ち上がり部の先端は、前記補強板よりも前記第一面側に配置されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
