Claims (7)
- 全輪駆動車のドライブトレインを係合させおよび解放するための、自動車用クラッチ(1)であって、第1のシャフト(2)、前記第1のシャフト(2)に同軸に配置される第2のシャフト(3)、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)に対して軸方向に移動可能であり、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)の形状適合型の結合と分離とができるクラッチスリーブ(4)、ならびに電力供給されることができるコイル(6)を備え、複数の係合体(9)は、前記第1のシャフト(2)の周方向に配置され、電力供給されることができる前記コイル(6)は、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)と同軸の周方向に配置され、前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、前記コイル(6)に電力供給することにより、前記軸方向に移動することができ、前記クラッチスリーブ(4)を前記軸方向に移動させることにより、前記係合体(9)は係合体の高さの一部を越える程度に、第1シャフト(2)および第2シャフト(3)の軸方向に向かう半径方向に前記クラッチスリーブ(4)の内周傾斜状部(11)によってレシーバー(13)に押し込まれることが可能になり、前記レシーバー(13)は前記第2のシャフト(3)の周囲に結合され、
前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は前記軸方向にクラッチスリーブ(4)の動きを画定する画定長のスロット(15)を有し、前記第1のシャフト(2)はスロットピン(14)を有し、前記スロットピン(14)は前記スロット(15)と係合することを特徴とする、クラッチ(1)。 - 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、前記第1のシャフト(2)の周囲に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記レシーバー(13)は、前記第2のシャフト(3)と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、ケージの態様で形成されるキャリア(10)の中で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、ボール又はローラーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)を、ばねにより、および/または回転する前記第2のシャフト(3)の遠心力により、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)の結合位置から分離位置にもたらすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)を、第1シャフト(2)と第2シャフト(3)に対する同軸の周方向に配置されるばね(7)により、結合されたまたは分離された基点位置(G1)にもたらすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
