Claims (17)
- 好ましくは全輪駆動車のドライブトレインを係合させおよび解放するための、自動車用クラッチ(1)であって、第1のシャフト(2)、前記第1のシャフト(2)に同軸に配置される第2のシャフト(3)、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)に対して軸方向に移動可能であり、前記第1のシャフト(2)および前記第2のシャフト(3)のフォームフィット接合または分離をもたらすことができるクラッチスリーブ(4)、ならびに電力供給されることができるコイル(6)を備え、複数の係合体(9)は前記第1のシャフト(2)に回転してしっかりと結合され、電力供給されることができる前記コイル(6)は前記軸方向に同軸に配置され、前記コイル(6)に電力供給することにより、前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は前記軸方向に移動させることができ、前記クラッチスリーブ(4)を前記軸方向に移動させることにより、前記係合体(9)は係合体の高さの一部を越える程度レシーバー(13)に押し込むことができ、前記レシーバー(13)は前記第2のシャフト(3)に回転してしっかりと結合されることを特徴とする、クラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、前記第1のシャフト(2)に回転してしっかりと配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記レシーバー(13)は、前記第2のシャフト(3)と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、前記第1のシャフト(2)の係合しない位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、ケージの態様で形成されるキャリア(10)の中で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、前記軸方向に移動させると、前記係合体(9)を前記レシーバー(13)に放射方向に押し込む内周傾斜状部(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記軸方向に移動させることができる前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、前記クラッチスリーブ(4)とは異なる可捩スリーブ(8)で係合することができることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)は、複数の端部傾斜状部(16)を介して前記可捩スリーブ(8)で係合することができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)および前記可捩スリーブ(8)は、前記端部傾斜状部(16)の係合により一緒に回転してしっかりと結合することができることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記可捩スリーブ(8)は、前記端部傾斜状部(16)の係合において捩れを実行することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、前記可捩スリーブ(8)上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)の前記軸方向への移動において、前記係合体(9)を、前記可捩スリーブ(8)の複数の傾斜状部(12)により、前記第2のシャフト(3)上でレシーバー(13)に放射方向に押し込むことができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記可捩スリーブ(8)の前記傾斜状部(12)の傾斜面が、実質的には前記可捩スリーブ(8)の周方向に方向付けられ、特に前記傾斜状部(12)の数は、前記係合体(9)の数に対応することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)は、ボール又はローラーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記係合体(9)を、ばねにより、および/または前記回転する第2のシャフト(3)の遠心力により、前記係合位置から前記係合しない位置にもたらすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)はゲート(15)を有し、前記第1のシャフト(2)はゲートピン(14)を有し、前記ゲートピン(14)は前記ゲート(15)と係合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
- 前記クラッチスリーブ(4)を、前記軸方向に同軸に配置されるばね(7)により接合されたまたは分離された基点位置(G1)にもたらすことができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクラッチ(1)。
