Description
第1透明基体32A及び第2透明基体32Bとしては、プラスチックフイルム、プラスチック板、ガラス板等を挙げることができる。上記プラスチックフイルム及びプラスチック板の原料としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)等のポリエステル類;トリアセチルセルロース(TAC)等を用いることができる。第1透明基体32A及び第2透明基体32Bとしては、融点が約290℃以下であるプラスチックフイルム、又はプラスチック板が好ましく、特に、光透過性や加工性等の観点から、PETが好ましい。
透明導電層を構成する金属細線となる銀塩乳剤層は、銀塩とバインダーの他、溶媒や染料等の添加剤を含有する。
銀塩乳剤層の形成に用いられる溶媒は、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、水、有機溶媒(例えば、メタノール等のアルコール類、アセトン等のケトン類、ホルムアミド等のアミド類、ジメチルスルホキシド等のスルホキシド類、酢酸エチル等のエステル類、エーテル類等)、イオン性液体、及びこれらの混合溶媒を挙げることができる。
本実施の形態に用いられる各種添加剤に関しては、特に制限は無く、公知のものを好ましく用いることができる。
銀塩乳剤層の上に図示しない保護層を設けてもよい。また、銀塩乳剤層よりも下に、例えば下塗り層を設けることもできる。
第1導電性フイルム16Aの第1透明基体32A及び第2導電性フイルム16Bの第2透明基体32Bの厚さは、5〜350μmであることが好ましく、30〜150μmであることがさらに好ましい。5〜350μmの範囲であれば所望の可視光の透過率が得られ、且つ、取り扱いも容易である。

Claims (10)
- 絶縁基板と、該絶縁基板の表面に配置された導電部とを有する配線基板において、
前記導電部は、
前記絶縁基板の表面に配置された複数の電極部と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に、複数の前記電極部に対応して配置され、外部回路との電気的接続を行う複数の端子部と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に配置され、複数の前記電極部とそれぞれ対応する前記端子部とを電気的に接続する端子配線部とを有し、
各前記端子配線部のうち、少なくとも対応する前記端子部との境界部を中心とする半径10mmの円に入る部分において線幅が5μm以上、100μm以下となる部分を有し、
前記端子配線部の配線抵抗値がいずれも100オーム以上、10kオーム以下であることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1記載の配線基板において、
各前記端子配線部のうち、対応する前記端子部との境界部を中心とする半径10mmの円に入る部分において線幅が10μm以上、50μm以下となる部分を有していることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1又は2記載の配線基板において、
前記端子配線部の配線抵抗値がいずれも200オーム以上、5kオーム以下であることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
複数の前記端子部のうち、対応する電極部までの直線距離が最も短い1以上の端子部に接続された前記端子配線部のうち、対応する前記端子部との境界部を中心とする半径10mmの円に入る部分が、前記直線距離よりも長く引き回されていることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
複数の前記端子部のうち、対応する電極部までの直線距離が最も短い1以上の端子部に接続された前記端子配線部のうち、対応する前記端子部との境界部を中心とする半径10mmの円に入る部分が、少なくとも1つの折り曲げ部を有することを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項5記載の配線基板において、
前記部分は、前記折り曲げ部が少なくとも1回繰り返されるパターンを有し、
前記パターンの間隔は、該パターンを構成する配線幅の2倍以上であることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
前記絶縁基板の裏面のうち、前記端子部に近い部分であって、且つ、複数の前記端子配線部の各一部に対向する部分に、一定電位に維持された電極膜が形成されていることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
前記導電部は、単一の導電性素材にて構成され、
前記単一の導電性素材は、銀、銅、アルミニウムのうちの1種類からなる金属、もしくはこれらの少なくとも1つを含む合金からなることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
前記導電部は、前記絶縁基板の表面に配置された透明導電膜による複数の電極部と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に、複数の前記電極部に対応して配置され、外部回路との電気的接続を行う複数の端子部と、
前記絶縁基板の表面に配置され、複数の前記電極部とそれぞれ対応する前記端子部とを電気的に接続する端子配線部とを有し、
前記各部位の導電部の厚みは同一であることを特徴とする配線基板。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の配線基板において、
前記導電部の導電率は、1×106〜5×106S/mであることを特徴とする配線基板。
