Claims (7)
- 複数のベーン(6)が設けられた内側ロータ(5)を有しかつ潤滑剤を貯蔵部(2)から消費部(3)に供給するベーンポンプ(4)を備え、上記ベーン(6)の一端部が上記内側ロータ(5)のスロット(7)に径方向に移動可能に嵌入され、他端部が外側ロータ(8)に回動可能に取り付けられた、潤滑剤供給システム(1)であって、
上記ベーン(6)の外表面、内側ロータ(5)の外表面及び外側ロータ(8)の内周面が、上記ベーンポンプ(4)における低圧ポンプ部(9)の室(11)を構成し、上記ベーン(6)の外表面、又は上記スロット(7)に嵌入されかつ該ベーン(6)の上記一端部に結合されたピストン(18)の外表面と、内側ロータ(5)のスロット(7)とが、高圧ポンプ部(10)の室(12)を構成し、
上記低圧ポンプ部(9)及び高圧ポンプ部(10)は、上記内側ロータ(5)によって駆動され、
上記低圧ポンプ部(9)は、上記高圧ポンプ部(10)に対して直列に接続され、
上記高圧ポンプ部(10)に対して並列に接続された弁装置(13)を備え、
上記弁装置(13)は、第1の位置では上記低圧ポンプ部(9)を上記消費部(3)に接続する一方、第2の位置では上記高圧ポンプ部(10)を上記消費部(3)に接続することを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 請求項1記載の潤滑剤供給システムにおいて、
上記弁装置(13)は、2/2方弁を含むことを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の潤滑剤供給システムにおいて、
流入側が上記高圧ポンプ部(10)の流入部に接続されかつ流出側が上記貯蔵部(2)に接続された過圧弁(14)を備え、
上記過圧弁(14)は、上記弁装置(13)が上記第2の位置にあるときに、上記低圧ポンプ部(9)と上記高圧ポンプ部(10)との間の体積流量の差分を上記貯蔵部(2)に戻すことを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 請求項1記載の潤滑剤供給システムにおいて、
上記弁装置(13)は、流入側が上記低圧ポンプ部(9)に接続されかつ流出側が上記消費部(3)及び上記貯蔵部(2)に接続された3/2方弁を含み、
上記3/2方弁は、第1の位置では上記ベーンポンプ(4)の上記低圧ポンプ部(9)を上記消費部(3)に接続する一方、第2の位置では、上記高圧ポンプ部(10)を上記消費部(3)に接続しかつ上記低圧ポンプ部(9)の流出部を絞り弁(15)を介して上記貯蔵部(2)に接続することを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 請求項4記載の潤滑剤供給システムにおいて、
上記絞り弁(15)は、上記低圧ポンプ部(9)と上記高圧ポンプ部(10)との間の体積流量の差分を上記貯蔵部(2)に戻すように構成されていることを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑剤供給システムにおいて、
上記低圧ポンプ部(9)は、上記高圧ポンプ部(10)のための予圧を発生させることを特徴とする潤滑剤供給システム。 - 上記消費部(3)としての内燃機関と、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の潤滑剤供給システムとを備えていることを特徴とする自動車。
