Claims (3)
- 内燃機関に加圧潤滑油を提供する可変型潤滑油ベーンポンプ(10)において、
ポンプハウジング(12)であって、
径方向に摺動可能な複数のベーン(32)を有し、該ベーン(32)がシフト可能な制御リング(28)内で回転し、該制御リング(28)がポンプキャビティ(18)を囲繞している、ポンプロータ(30)と、充填領域(22)から吐出領域(24)に回転する多数の回転ポンプ室(191〜197)とを備え、前記加圧潤滑油が前記回転ポンプ室(192,193)から出口キャビティ(14)に吐出される、ポンプハウジング(12)と、
高ポンプ容量位置と低ポンプ容量位置との間でロータ軸線(33)に対してシフト可能な制御リング(28)と、
高ポンプ容量方向に前記制御リング(28)を押し出す圧力制御室(40)であって、該圧力制御室に前記出口キャビティ(14)からの潤滑油が充填される、圧力制御室(40)と、
潤滑油タンク(52)に前記圧力制御室(40)を接続するか又は非接続とする制御弁(50)と、
前記圧力制御室(40)の圧力に抗して低ポンプ容量方向に前記制御リング(28)を押し出すパイロット室(54)と、
前記出口キャビティ(14)を前記パイロット室(54)に接続するパイロット室通路(48)と、
前記出口キャビティ(14)を前記圧力制御室(40)に直接に接続する制御室通路(60)と
を備え、
前記制御室通路(60)の最小の流路断面積は、前記パイロット室通路(48)の最小の流路断面積の1/4よりも大きく且つ1/1よりも大きくはなく、
前記制御室通路(60)は、前記制御リング(28)に溝(62)として備えられ、
前記圧力制御室(40)の流体圧的な有効断面積は前記パイロット室(54)の流体圧的な有効断面積よりも大きく、
前記パイロット室通路(48)は前記ポンプハウジング(12)のハウジング壁(15)の一部に備えられている、可変型潤滑油ベーンポンプ(10)。 - 前記高ポンプ容量方向に前記制御リング(28)を押し出す機械的な予荷重要素(42)が備えられている、請求項1に記載の可変型潤滑油ベーンポンプ(10)。
- 前記予荷重要素(42)は、前記圧力制御室(40)内に配置されたばねである、請求項2に記載の可変型潤滑油ベーンポンプ(10)。
