Description
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関(70)に流体的に接続されるとともに前記内燃機関(70)によって機械的に駆動され、前記内燃機関(70)に吐出圧pdの加圧潤滑剤を送り込む可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)において、
径方向に摺動可能な複数のベーン(14)を備え、シフト可能な制御リング(12)内で回転するポンプロータ(13)であって、前記制御リング(12)がロータ軸線(90)に対して高偏心の高ポンプ容量位置と低偏心の低ポンプ容量位置との間で前記ロータ軸線(90)に対して径方向にシフト可能又は旋回可能である、ポンプロータ(13)と、
前記潤滑剤の吐出圧pdを制御する圧力制御システムと
を具備し、
前記圧力制御システムは、
前記制御リング(12)を前記高ポンプ容量位置に押すために前記吐出圧pdで充填可能な圧力制御室(25)と、
前記圧力制御室(25)に抗して前記制御リング(12)を前記低ポンプ容量位置に押すために前記吐出圧pdで充填可能なパイロット室(23)と、
前記圧力制御室(25)内の圧力を制御する圧力制御弁(60;60’)と
を備え、
前記圧力制御弁(60;60’)は、
前記圧力制御室(25)に接続された制御ポート(66;66’)と、
大気圧paに対する前記制御ポート(66;66’)の接続又は接続断ちをなすシフト可能な制御弁体(92;100)と、
前記制御弁体(92;100)における長手方向第1端側の第1弁室(55)及び前記長手方向第2端側の第2弁室(57)であって、前記第1弁室(55)が前記吐出圧pdで直接的に充填されて、加圧された前記第1弁室(55)が加圧された前記第2弁室(57)に抗して前記制御弁体(92;100)を低吐出圧位置に押す、第1及び第2弁室(55,57)と、
前記第2弁室(57)から大気圧paに潤滑剤を排出する排出弁(42)を備えた流体弁制御ライン(40)と
を含み、
前記制御弁体(92;100)は内部に、前記第1弁室(55)と前記第2弁室(57)とを直接的に接続し且つ流体絞り(54)を備えた接続通路(52)を含み、
前記排出弁(42)は制御ユニット(44)によって電気的に制御される電気的な弁である、可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)。
- 前記第2弁室(57)内には前記制御弁体(92;100)に前記高吐出圧位置への予荷重をかける弁ばね(68)が備えられている、請求項1に記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)。
- 前記排出弁(42)は比例弁である、請求項1又は2に記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)。
- 前記第1弁室(55)内での前記制御弁体(92;100)のピストン領域(56)は、前記第2弁室(57)内でのピストン領域(58)よりも大きい、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記パイロット室(23)は前記吐出圧pdで直接的に充填される、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10)。
- 前記パイロット室(23)は、前記制御弁体(100)の低吐出圧位置において、前記制御弁体(100)の通路(102,104)及び前記圧力制御弁(60’)のパイロットポート(110)を経て前記吐出圧pdで充填され、前記制御弁体(100)の高吐出圧位置において、前記パイロットポート(110)と出口ポート(112)とを接続する内部通路を経て前記大気圧paで充填される、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10’)。
- 前記圧力制御室(25)は、前記制御弁体(100)の高吐出圧位置において、前記制御弁体(100)の内部通路(52,106,108)及び前記制御ポート(66’)を経て前記吐出圧pdで充填され、前記制御弁体(100)の低吐出圧位置において、大気圧paで充填される、請求項1〜4,6の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10’)。
- 前記制御弁体(100)の中間吐出圧位置において、前記制御ポート(66’)は前記吐出圧pd及び大気圧paの双方に接続される、請求項6又は7に記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10’)。
- 前記制御弁体(100)の中間吐出圧位置において、前記パイロットポート(102)は前記吐出圧pd及び大気圧paの双方に接続される、請求項6に記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10’)。
- 前記圧力制御室(25)のピストン領域(26)は、前記パイロット室(23)のピストン領域(22)よりも大きい、請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)。
- 前記制御リング(12)には予荷重ばね(28)によって高ポンプ容量方向への予荷重がかけられている、請求項1〜10の何れかに記載の可変容量潤滑剤ポンプ(10;10’)。
