Claims (5)
- リヤシートより後方の車室外に配置され電池を収納するバッテリパックと、
前記バッテリパック内に外気を導入して内部に収容された前記電池を冷却する冷却ファンとを備えた電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造において、
前記リヤシートより後方に配置され前記バッテリパックの上部が挿入される開口部が形成されたフロアパネルと、
前記開口部より上方に突出するバッテリパックの上部を覆うように前記フロアパネルに取付けられるカバーパネルと、
前記バッテリパックの頂面に設けられバッテリパック内に外気を導入するための吸気装置と、
前記吸気装置に設けられ前記カバーパネルの天井面と前記バッテリパックの頂面との間の空間に向けて開口し、前記バッテリパック内に外気を取り入れる空気取入口と連絡される吸気口と、
前記バッテリパック内部の空気を排気するための排気ダクトと、
前記排気ダクトに設けられ前記バッテリパック内の空気を排出する空気排出口と連絡される排気口と、
前記バッテリパックの車両幅方向端部に位置する側壁を窪ませて形成され上端部が前記空間内に開口し、下端部が前記フロアパネルより下方に開口する吸気通路とを備えたことを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリパックは一対のフランジ部によって互いに接合される上部ケースと下部ケースとを備えて構成され、
前記吸気通路の下方を前記フランジ部によって覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの車両幅方向一方側にエンジンの排気管が配置され、
前記バッテリパックの車両幅方向両端部のうち前記排気管と反対側端部の側壁に前記吸気通路を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリパックを車両上方から見た場合、前記吸気通路が形成されたバッテリパックの側壁は前記吸気通路の車両後方で車両幅方向外側に突出する段差部を備え、
前記段差部の下端を前記フロアパネルより鉛直方向下方に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリパックの側壁のうち前記段差部の車両幅方向外側端から車両後方側の部分と前記カバーパネルの内側壁との間に、両者間の隙間を塞ぐ導風板を配置したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気自動車のバッテリパック冷却構造。
