Description
a)繊維充填材から製造された複数の層において織布またはレイドファブリックから順々に形成される有機シート部材であって、さらに、炭素繊維または金属繊維もまた混入され、この織布またはレイドファブリックが熱可塑性樹脂に埋め込まれる、有機シート部材からなり、
b)さらに、高い導電率を有するさらなるプラスチック部材、好ましくは熱可塑性樹脂からなり、高い導電率は、さらなるプラスチック部材がISO3915によって103Ωcmまでの体積抵抗およびIEC60093によって103Ωまでの表面抵抗を有することを意味する。
−高純度プラスチック溶液、高純度金属変種と比較して、そして各々の場合の同じ重量を有するプラスチック−金属ハイブリッド変種に対してもかなり高めのエネルギー吸収があり、それは衝突の場合において、自動車のバッテリおよびその機能の安定性のためにかなり重要である。
−(プラスチック−金属ハイブリッド、金属シート、キャストアルミニウムと比較したとき)より低い重量
−(導電性、金属充填プラスチック、プラスチック−金属ハイブリッドと比較したとき)より良い機械的性質、より高いエネルギー吸収
−(亜鉛めっきまたは金属蒸着プラスチックと比較したとき)液体媒体、例えば、バッテリの電解液に対するより良い耐性。
a)繊維充填材から製造された複数の層において織布またはレイドファブリックから順々に形成される有機シート部材であって、さらに、炭素繊維または金属繊維もまた混入され、この織布またはレイドファブリックが熱可塑性樹脂に埋め込まれる、有機シート部材からなり、
b)さらに、ISO3915によって103Ωcmまでの体積抵抗およびIEC60093によって103Ωまでの表面抵抗によって表わされる高い導電率を有するさらなるプラスチック部材、好ましくは熱可塑性樹脂であって、プラスチック部材の全充填材含有量の100体積%に基づいて、炭素、金属繊維またはカーボンナノチューブが0.1〜30体積%の範囲で添加され、全充填材含有量が100%のプラスチック部材に基づいて0.1〜50体積%の範囲にある、さらなるプラスチック部材からなる
ハイブリッド構造部材の、電磁場(EMF)を遮蔽するための使用に関する。
Claims (11)
- ASTM D−4935−89に従って100MHz〜1GHzの範囲の周波数で、50dbを超える遮蔽および減衰を確実にするEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材において、
a)ガラス繊維から製造された複数の層の織布またはレイドファブリックから形成された有機シート部材であって、さらに、炭素繊維または金属繊維が混入され、前記織布またはレイドファブリックが熱可塑性樹脂に埋め込まれている、有機シート部材と、
b)ISO3915によって103Ωcmまでの体積抵抗およびIEC60093によって103Ωまでの表面抵抗によって表わされる高い導電率を有するプラスチック部材であって、前記プラスチック部材の全充填材含有量の100体積%に基づいて、カーボンナノチューブが0.1〜30体積%の範囲で添加され、前記全充填材含有量が100%のプラスチック部材に基づいて0.1〜50体積%の範囲にある、プラスチック部材とからなり、前記有機シート部材(a)の一部と、前記プラスチック部材(b)の一部とがキャスティングにより一体接続部を形成して接続されていることを特徴とするEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。 - 前記キャスティングが射出成形で行われていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- EMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材がバッテリ筐体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- b)の前記プラスチック部材が熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- 前記有機シート部材中のガラス繊維から製造された複数の層の織布またはレイドファブリックの前記ガラス繊維が互いに直角に配向されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- 前記有機シート部材が、0.3mm〜6mmの厚さを有する有機シートからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- EMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材がシェル状または円筒状または箱状の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のEMF遮蔽されたハイブリッド構造部材。
- ハイブリッド構造部材を用いて電磁場(EMF)を遮蔽する方法であって、前記ハイブリッド構造部材が、
a)ガラス繊維から製造された複数の層において織布またはレイドファブリックから順々に形成される有機シート部材であって、さらに、炭素繊維または金属繊維もまた混入され、この織布またはレイドファブリックが熱可塑性樹脂に埋め込まれる、有機シート部材からなり、
b)さらに、ISO3915によって103Ωcmまでの体積抵抗およびIEC60093によって103Ωまでの表面抵抗によって表わされる高い導電率を有するプラスチック部材であって、プラスチック部材の全充填材含有量の100体積%に基づいて、カーボンナノチューブが0.1〜30体積%の範囲で添加され、全充填材含有量が100%のプラスチック部材に基づいて0.1〜50体積%の範囲にある、プラスチック部材とからなり、前記有機シート部材(a)の一部と、前記プラスチック部材(b)の一部とがキャスティングにより一体接続部を形成して接続したもので遮蔽する方法。 - 前記キャスティングが射出成形で行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記EMF遮蔽が自動車において実施されることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- バッテリ筐体または電子部品パーツを収容するための筐体を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
