Description
本発明に係る方法の上述した実施形態の何れかによって製造されたバッテリー電極を含むバッテリーが、本発明の別の観点として特定される。
Claims (9)
- 集電基板(60)上にインクのような塗膜(70)を塗ることによって、前記集電基板(60)上に前記塗膜(70)を形成するステップ(S100)と、
塗られた前記塗膜(70)を乾燥し硬化するステップと、
被覆された集電基板(60)を圧延することにより前記塗膜(70)を圧縮する(calendering)ステップと、
レーザーアブレーションによって前記塗膜(70)を除去して少なくとも一つのアレスタ(arrester)領域(40)を形成するステップ(S200)と、を含み、
前記アレスタ領域(40)は、前記アレスタ領域(40)での前記レーザーアブレーションにおけるレーザーの侵入深さを制御することによって、前記塗膜(70)が除去されるとともに前記集電基板(60)の一部の層が除去されて形成される、バッテリー電極を製造する方法。 - 前記塗膜(70)は、連続コーティング法で、前記集電基板(60)の両面、及び/又は前記集電基板(60)の全表面に塗りつけられている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくともひとつの前記アレスタ領域(40)は、前記集電基板(60)の少なくとも一面上にレーザーアブレーションによって形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記アレスタ領域(40)が形成された直後に、連結つまみ(50)によって前記アレスタ領域(40)に前記集電基板(60)との接点が生成される(S500)、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッテリー電極を製造する前記方法は、レーザー切断(S400)によって、バッテリー電極、及び/又は前記被覆された集電基板から切り取りを切断するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アレスタ領域(40)、及び/又はバッテリー電極は、実質的に、円形、環状、長方形、三角形、又は任意の好適な形に、又はそれらの切り取りとして形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レーザーアブレーションの間(S300)、及び/又はレーザー切断の間(S400)、前記集電基板(60)上にプロセスガス(process gas)が吹きつけられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バルク状の集電基板(60)と、
前記集電基板(60)上の圧延塗膜(70)と、
前記圧延塗膜(70)を有さず前記集電基板(60)が露出した領域であって、当該領域の前記集電基板(60)の厚さが、前記圧延塗膜(70)により被覆された被覆領域の前記集電基板(60)の厚さよりも薄く、周囲の少なくとも半分以上が前記被覆領域により囲まれた、少なくとも一つのアレスタ(arrester)領域(40)と、
を備える、バッテリー電極。 - 請求項8に記載のバッテリー電極を含む、バッテリー。
