Claims (7)
- 先端側にシート部を有するニードル弁と、
前記シート部が着座するシート面を有すると共に前記シート面の下流側に噴孔を有するノズルボディと、
エンジンの燃焼室内の圧力を受ける受圧部と、前記受圧部が受けた圧力に応じて前記噴孔の軸線方向に沿って前記噴孔内で移動し、噴孔長を変化させる可動部を備える噴孔延長部材と、
を備える燃料噴射弁。 - 前記受圧部は、前記ノズルボディの先端部との間にガス室を形成する請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴孔の内周面と前記可動部の外周面との間に大気圧において隙間が形成された請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記可動部は、前記噴孔の軸線方向と一致する軸線を備える筒形状をなし、前記受圧部は、前記噴孔の軸線と直交するとともに前記ノズルボディの径方向外側に向かって前記可動部の先端縁から延設され、その外周縁部を前記ノズルボディに支持された板状体である請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記可動部と前記受圧部との連続部に前記エンジンが備えるピストンが位置する方向に突出した突起部を備えた請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記噴孔から噴射される燃料を旋回させる旋回流生成部を備える請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の燃料噴射弁と、
前記燃料噴射弁から燃料噴射する時期を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、燃料噴射履歴に基づいて、所定期間内に所定回数の圧縮行程噴射が行われていないときは、前記燃料噴射弁に圧縮行程噴射を行わせる燃料噴射装置。
