Claims (7)
- 台座と、前記台座に装着されている作業台と、旋盤用バイトを有する送り装置と、を備える旋盤において、
前記旋盤は、前記台座に移動可能に装着され、且つ前記作業台の上方に位置する2つの横梁をさらに備え、前記送り装置は、前記2つの横梁にスライド可能に装着され、且つ前記2つの横梁の間に位置して、前記2つの横梁は前記送り装置の両側を支持し、各横梁は、支持部を備え、前記支持部はスライド面を備え、前記2つの横梁の前記スライド面は、垂直方向に平行であり、前記送り装置は前記2つの横梁の前記スライド面の間に位置しており、
前記台座は、基底部と、前記基底部上に間隔をあけて平行に突設されている2つの支持体と、を備え、各横梁の両端は、前記2つの支持体にスライド可能に装着され、各支持体の前記基底部から離れている端面には、間隔をあけて、且つ平行に2つの第一レールが設置され、各横梁は、前記支持部の両端に形成されているスライド台と、を備え、各スライド台は、対応する支持体の2つの第一レールにそれぞれスライド可能に結合される2つの第一スライド部が設置され、各第一スライド部が対応する第一レールに結合されることによって、前記2つの横梁は前記台座にスライド可能に装着されていることを特徴とする旋盤。 - 前記旋盤は、前記作業台を駆動して回転させる駆動部材をさらに備え、前記駆動部材は、ダイレクトドライブモータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋盤。
- 前記支持体の2つの第一レールの間には第一スライド凹部が形成され、前記旋盤は、前記2つの横梁を前記2つの第一レールに沿って移動させるための第一駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、前記第一駆動アセンブリは、固定子及び可動子を備え、前記固定子は前記第一スライド凹部内に固定され、前記可動子は前記横梁のスライド台に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の旋盤。
- 前記送り装置は、固定座及び前記固定座に固定されているバイトホルダを備え、前記固定座は、前記2つの横梁にスライド可能に装着され、前記バイトホルダには、旋盤用バイトが固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の旋盤。
- 前記送り装置は、第二駆動アセンブリと、前記第二駆動アセンブリを内部に収容する固定座と、前記第二駆動アセンブリにスライド可能に装着されているバイトホルダと、前記バイトホルダに固定されている旋盤用バイトと、を備え、前記2つの横梁にスライド可能に装着され、前記第二駆動アセンブリは、前記旋盤用バイトを駆動して往復運動させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の旋盤。
- 前記スライド面には互いに平行である2つの第二レールが形成されており、前記固定座の前記2つの横梁にそれぞれ隣接する両側には、それぞれ前記第二レールに対応する2つの第二スライド部が設置されており、各第二スライド部が対応する第二レールに結合されることによって、前記送り装置が前記2つの横梁にスライド可能に装着されることを特徴とする請求項4または5を引用する場合の請求項4又は5に記載の旋盤。
- 前記2つの第二レールの間には第二スライド凹部が形成され、前記旋盤は、前記送り装置を前記2つの第二レールを沿って移動させるための他の第一駆動アセンブリをさらに備え、前記他の第一駆動アセンブリは固定子及び可動子を備え、前記他の第一駆動アセンブリの固定子は前記第二スライド凹部内に固定され、前記他の第一駆動アセンブリの可動子は前記送り装置の固定座に固定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の旋盤。
