Description
−少なくとも1つの第1の波長のビームを放射するビーム源と、
−ビーム源から放射されたビームが入力結合され、入力結合された第1の波長のビームに基づき、長手軸に対して角度を有するように光を出力結合させる、伸長され湾曲された光導体ボディとを有する。
Claims (19)
- 発光装置において、
−少なくとも1つの第1の波長のビーム(11)を放射するビーム源(5)であって、UV領域および/または青色のスペクトル領域にある短波長のビームを放射するビーム源(5)と、
−前記ビーム源(5)から放射された前記ビーム(11)が入力結合され、且つ入力結合された前記第1の波長のビーム(11)に基づき、長手軸に対して角度を有するように光(12)を出力結合させる、伸長され湾曲された光導体ボディ(20)であって、前記第1の波長のビーム(11)をより長い第2の波長の光(12)に変換する変換材料(15)を有する光導体ボディ(20)と、
−前記第1の波長のビーム(11)を反射し、前記第2の波長の光(12)に対しては透過性であり、光導体ボディ(20)に設けられた層(45)と、
−前記光導体ボディ(20)の損傷を検出する検出装置(25)とを有し、
前記検出装置(25)は、赤色の波長領域のビーム(13)を放射する第2のビーム源(25E)と、赤色の波長領域のビーム(13)を検出する検出器(25D)とを有しており、前記赤色の波長領域のビーム(13)の検出は前記光導体ボディ(20)の機能性を指示することを特徴とする、発光装置。 - 前記ビーム源(5)はUVレーザダイオードを含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記変換材料(15)は以下の化合物を含むグループから選択されている:Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2:Eu2+,Mn2+;Y2O3:Eu2+,Bi3+;(Sr,Ba,Ca)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu2+;BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+;SrMgAl10O17:Eu2+;Ba3Al28O45:Eu2+;(Sr,Ba)2Al6O11:Eu2+;SrAl2O4:Eu2+;M2Si5N5N8:Eu2+、ただしM=CaまたはSr;AGa2S4:Eu2+,Ce2+、ただしAはCa,Sr,Ba,ZnおよびMgから選択されている;(A,Sr)S:Eu2+ただしA=アルカリ土類金属イオン;およびBaMg2Al16O27:Eu2+、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)の表面には前記変換材料(15)がコーティングまたはプリントされている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記変換材料(15)はナノ粒子を含み、該ナノ粒子は前記光導体ボディ(20)に封止されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)はグラスファイバを含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)は二次元の領域を形成し、且つ、メアンダ状または渦巻き状または蛇行状に構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)から出力結合される光(12)の放射路内に光学素子(60)が配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)の表面は粗面化されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 光導体(10)が設けられており、該光導体(10)を介して前記第1の波長のビーム(11)が前記光導体ボディ(20)に入力結合される、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体(10)はファイバを含み、該ファイバはガラスおよびプラスチックから選択されている物質を含有する、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記光導体(10)および前記光導体ボディ(20)は前記第2のビーム源(25E)と前記検出器(25D)との間に配置されている、請求項10または11項記載の装置。
- 前記第2のビーム源(25E)および前記検出器(25D)は前記光導体(10)の一方の端部(10A)に配置されており、前記光導体ボディ(20)は前記光導体(10)の他方の端部(10B)に配置されている、請求項10または11記載の装置。
- 前記装置の使用時に、前記光導体(10)および/または前記光導体ボディ(20)が損傷箇所を有する場合、当該損傷箇所において前記赤色の波長領域のビーム(13)が反射され、
前記赤色の波長領域の反射されたビーム(13)は損傷箇所の位置に依存して前記光導体(10)および/または前記光導体ボディ(20)を介して検出器(25D)に向かって搬送され、検出器(25D)において検出される、請求項13記載の装置。 - 前記検出装置(25)は、前記光導体(10)および/または前記光導体ボディ(20)の損傷の検出に依存して、前記ビーム源(5)のエネルギ供給を遮断する、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)は、前記ビーム(11)のさらなる搬送、および、長手方向によって形成されている領域全体にわたる前記光(12)の放射に使用される、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記光導体ボディ(20)には、該光導体ボディの湾曲している個所において、反射層が被着されるかプリントされている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の発光装置を含む照明装置(100)。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の発光装置を含むディスプレイ。
