Claims (4)
- 複数の太陽電池が封止材により表面部材と裏面部材との間に封止された矩形状の太陽電池パネルと、
この太陽電池パネルの周縁部を支持するフレームと、を備え、
前記フレームは、太陽電池パネルの一対の短辺側に沿って設けられる第一のフレームと一対の長辺側に沿って設けられる第二のフレームで構成され、
前記第一のフレームと前記第二のフレームは、それぞれ、短手方向における断面が矩形形状の中空構造を備える第一および第二の本体部と、前記第一および第二の本体部の上部にそれぞれ位置し前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部が嵌め込まれる第一および第二の嵌合部と、前記第一のフレームの底面部と共通している前記第一の本体部の底面部および前記第二のフレームの底面部と共通している前記第二の本体部の底面部にそれぞれ連接し、かつ前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部から内側に向かう方向に延びた第一および第二の内鍔部と、を有し、
前記第一のフレームの長手方向における前記第一の本体部と前記第一の嵌合部と前記第一の内鍔部の端面と、前記第二のフレームの長手方向における前記第二の本体部と前記第二の嵌合部と前記第二の内鍔部の端面とがそれぞれ係合している、
太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記フレームは、前記第一の本体部の底面部に連接し前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部から外側に向かう方向に延びた鍔部を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部と前記フレームの前記第一および第二の嵌合部との間に挿入され、前記太陽電池パネルを前記フレームの前記第一および第二の嵌合部に固定するパッキンと、をさらに備え、
前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部は、前記パッキンを介して前記第一および第二の嵌合部に嵌め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記太陽電池パネルの裏面側に配置されるパッキンは、表面側に配置されるパッキンよりも、前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部から内側に向かう方向において長く形成されている、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
