Description
Claims (2)
- 太陽電池パネルの周縁部にフレームを取り付けた太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記フレームは、本体部と、本体部の上部に位置し、太陽電池パネルの周縁部が嵌め込まれる嵌合部と、前記嵌合部の表面部材側の一部に前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下方まで切り欠いた水抜き用切り欠き部と、を備え、
前記嵌合部にシール材を介して太陽電池パネルが嵌め込まれ、前記切り欠き部には、少なくとも前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部とフレームの本体部の上部の露出している部分を覆い、前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下から前記フレームの端に向かって広がるテーパ状に形成された切り欠き部用シール材が設けられていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 太陽電池パネルと、
本体部と、本体部の上部に位置し、太陽電池パネルの周縁部が嵌め込まれる嵌合部と、前記嵌合部の表面部材側の一部に前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下方まで切り欠いた水抜き用切り欠き部と、を備えたフレームと、
切り欠き部に設けるシール材の形状を前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材より下から前記フレームの端に向かって広がるテーパ状に形成されるように規制する治具と、を有し、
前記切り欠き部に前記治具を固定し、前記嵌合部にシール材を塗布した後、前記嵌合部に前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部を嵌め込み、前記切り欠き部にはみ出したシール材を前記治具でその形状を規制し、前記切り欠き部に、少なくとも前記太陽電池パネルの周縁部とフレームの本体部の上部の露出している部分を覆い、前記太陽電池パネルの表面部材を越える位置まで達しない切り欠き部用シール材を形成することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュールの製造方法。
