・アニオン系起泡安定剤1;ステアリン酸アンモニウム、pH11、固形分:30質量%
・アニオン系起泡安定剤2;ジアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム、pH9.4、固形分:30質量%
・アニオン系起泡安定剤3;オレイン酸カリウム石鹸、pH11.2、固形分:30質量%
・アニオン系起泡安定剤4;ひまし油カリウム石鹸、pH9.9、固形分:30質量%
・両性起泡安定剤;ラウリルベタイン、pH7.5、固形分:30質量%
・ノニオン系起泡安定剤;アルキルアルカノールアミド、pH10.4、固形分:30質量%
・架橋剤1(A社製);疎水系HDIイソシアヌレート(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートから形成された疎水性のイソシアヌレート) 官能基数:3.5、3量体
・架橋剤2(B社製);疎水系HDIイソシアヌレート、官能基数:3.5、3量体
・架橋剤3;疎水系HDIビウレット(ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートから形成された疎水性のビウレット)、官能基数:3.5、3量体

2量体以下であり、2官能以下であることを特徴とする(1)項ないし(3)項のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
スルホン酸基とカルボキシル基と水酸基との少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする(6)項に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
ステアリン酸アンモニウムとアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウムとの少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする(1)項ないし(8)項のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
ステアリン酸アンモニウムとアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウムとの両方を含むことを特徴とする(1)項ないし(9)項のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
Claims (14)
- 脂肪族イソシアネートとメラミン誘導体とのいずれか一方、ウレタンエマルション、およびステアリン酸アンモニウムとアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウムとの両方を含むアニオン系起泡安定剤を含む原料により発泡成形され、50%圧縮された状態で70℃の条件下で22時間放置された後の圧縮永久歪(JIS K6401)が、40%以下であることを特徴とするポリウレタン発泡体。
- アニオン系起泡安定剤の量は、前記ウレタンエマルションの量を100重量部とした場合に、2〜60重量部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 前記脂肪族イソシアネートは、
3量体以上であり、3官能以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。 - 前記脂肪族イソシアネートは、
2量体以下であり、2官能以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。 - 前記ウレタンエマルションのウレタン樹脂は、親水基を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 前記ウレタン樹脂の親水基は、
スルホン酸基とカルボキシル基と水酸基との少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリウレタン発泡体。 - 硬度(JIS K6254)が、0.002〜0.1MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 密度(JIS K6401)が、50〜500kg/m3であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 当該ポリウレタン発泡体の両面に両面テープによって貼着されたPETフィルムを、85℃の条件下で24時間放置し、さらに、室温にて1時間放置した後に、前記PETフィルムを、1000mm/minの速度で引っ張った際の引張強度(N/12mm)を、材料強度と定義した場合に、前記材料強度が、2N/12mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体。
- 脂肪族イソシアネートとメラミン誘導体とのいずれか一方、100重量部のウレタンエマルション、およびステアリン酸アンモニウムとアルキルスルホコハク酸ナトリウムとの両方を有する2〜60重量部のアニオン系起泡安定剤を含む原料をメカニカルフロス法により発泡させて、前記原料のフロスを形成し、
前記フロスを加熱して乾燥させる
ポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。 - 前記脂肪族イソシアネートは、3量体以上であり、3官能以上であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。
- 前記脂肪族イソシアネートは、2量体以下であり、2官能以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。
- 前記ウレタンエマルションのウレタン樹脂は、親水基を含むことを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項12のいずれか1つに記載のポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。
- 前記ウレタン樹脂の親水基は、スルホン酸基とカルボキシル基と水酸基との少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のポリウレタン発泡体の製造方法。
