Claims (9)
- 互いに異なる色を表示する赤色副画素、緑色副画素、青色副画素、及び白色副画素を含み、
前記白色副画素は、青色波長領域に近い緑色波長領域及び赤色波長領域に近い緑色波長領域の光を選択的に吸収する色補正層を含み、
前記色補正層は400nm〜575nmの間で透過度が20%以下になる波長領域を有することを特徴とする、有機発光装置。 - 前記色補正層は、赤色波長領域、緑色波長領域、及び青色波長領域のうちの少なくとも一つの波長領域の光を吸収することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記赤色副画素、前記緑色副画素、及び前記青色副画素は、各々赤色フィルター、緑色フィルター、及び青色フィルターを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記色補正層は、前記赤色フィルター、前記緑色フィルター、及び前記青色フィルターと同一層に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記赤色副画素、前記緑色副画素、前記青色副画素、及び前記白色副画素は、各々互いに対向する第1電極及び第2電極、及び
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に介在されている発光層を含み、
前記発光層は、
前記赤色副画素、前記緑色副画素、前記青色副画素、及び前記白色副画素に共通的に形成されていて、互いに異なる波長の光を発光する複数の副発光層を含み、
前記互いに異なる波長の光を組み合わせて白色発光することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の有機発光装置。 - 前記発光層は、赤色発光層、緑色発光層、及び青色発光層の積層構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記発光層は、電荷生成層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記赤色フィルター、前記緑色フィルター、前記青色フィルター、及び前記色補正層は、前記発光層の下部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の有機発光装置。
- 前記赤色フィルター、前記緑色フィルター、前記青色フィルター、及び前記色補正層は、前記発光層の上部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の有機発光装置。
