Claims (6)
- 鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備であって、連続焼鈍炉と溶融亜鉛めっき設備を備え、連続焼鈍炉で焼鈍された鋼板が溶融亜鉛めっき設備に導かれるパスと連続焼鈍炉で焼鈍された鋼板が溶融亜鉛めっき設備を回避するパスとが設けられているとともに、連続焼鈍炉の出口に、溶融亜鉛めっき設備を回避するパスから連続焼鈍炉に大気が侵入するのを防止するためのシール装置が設置されていて、該シール装置には、連続焼鈍炉内の水素が該シール装置に漏れた際、水素の燃焼による被害を防ぐために、グローヒータが設置されているとともに、レフラシールを使用したシールカーテンが設置され、該シールカーテンの下方にシリカ繊維が設置されている、鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備。
- 前記シール装置は、装置内が窒素ガス雰囲気になっている請求項1に記載の鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備。
- 前記シール装置は、装置の出口部にシールロールを備えている請求項2に記載の鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備。
- 前記シール装置は、装置内の圧力が連続焼鈍炉の炉内圧力および大気圧より高くなっている請求項2または3に記載の鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備。
- 連続焼鈍炉の冷却帯の雰囲気酸素濃度が90体積ppm以下で、連続焼鈍炉の冷却帯出側の鋼板の温度が168℃以下である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の鋼板の溶融亜鉛めっきと連続焼鈍の兼用処理設備を用いて、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板と冷延鋼板を造り分ける、溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板と冷延鋼板の兼用製造方法。
