Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORNO DE TRATAMENTO TéRMICO CONTìNUO E PROCESSO DE CONTROLE DA ATMOSFERA E PROCESSO DE RESFRIAMENTO NO FORNO"<D>. Um forno de tratamento térmico contínuo tendo uma de uma pluralidade de zonas do forno, exceto a primeira e a última das zonas, como uma zona de resfriamento rápido 11, para resfriamento rápido de um material por sopro de um gás atmosférico, que compreende uma câmara vedada por cilindro 3 dividida na entrada por um primeiro e segundo dispositivos de vedação por cilindro 4A e 4B de a jusante e um terceiro dispositivo de vedação por cilindro 4C na saída como meios de vedação para gás atmosférico, e em que a entrada do primeiro dispositivo de vedação por cilindro e a saída do terceiro dispositivo de vedação por cilindro são conectadas, e/ou a câmara vedada por cilindro e uma parte de corrente mais elevada 6 na zona de resfriamento rápido são conectadas, e em que a concentração de hidrogênio no forno é controlada a 10% ou mais alto na zona de resfriamento rápido e é controlada a 10% ou mais baixo na zona do forno na entrada da zona de resfriamento rápido. Um forno de tratamento térmico contínuo capaz de evitar a mistura de gases atmosféricos na zona de resfriamento rápido e o gás atmosférico na zona (zona de aquecimento, zona de resfriamento ou semelhantes) adjacente à zona de resfriamento rápido de um sistema de resfriamento por jato de gás por um meio simples, e um processo de controle do gás atmosférico no forno capaz de evitar nitretação são proporcionados.
