Description
前記複数の爪部は、それぞれ根元側に形成された拡幅部と、該拡幅部の幅方向の両側縁から中心側に向けた段差をもって形成された狭幅部と、を有し、
該段差は、前記フランジ部の外端縁と同じ位置か、または、前記フランジ部と固定鉄心との当接部と前記フランジ部の外端縁との間に位置していることを特徴としている。
図9は第2実施形態を示し、拡幅部47aの先端である段差47cの幅方向のほぼ中央に狭幅部47bが形成されていると共に、該狭幅部47bの先端に拡幅部47aと同一幅の幅広部47gが一体に形成されている。
前記ケーシングは、板部材を円筒状に丸めてなり、円周方向から対向した端部同士を接合することによって構成されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
前記ケーシングは、磁性体によって形成されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記拡幅部の先端両側に、間の空間部を介して前記狭幅部を2つ設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。
請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記拡幅部の先端中央に、前記狭幅部を設けると共に、該狭幅部の先端に前記拡幅部とほぼ同じ幅の幅広部を設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。

Claims (3)
- 環状に巻回されたコイルと、
前記コイルの外周側を包囲すると共に、少なくとも軸方向の一端側が開放された胴部と該胴部の開放端に形成された複数の爪部を有するケーシングと、
前記コイルの内周に軸方向へ移動自在に配置された可動鉄心と、
前記ケーシングの開放端側に配置された固定鉄心と、
前記固定鉄心と軸方向から当接すると共に前記各爪部による締結が可能な円環状のフランジ部を有し、前記爪部が内側に折り曲げられた状態で前記固定鉄心とともに前記ケーシングの開放端に固定された中空状のバルブボディと、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向の移動に伴って前記バルブボディ内を軸方向に移動するスプール弁体と、
を備え、
前記複数の爪部は、それぞれ根元側に形成された拡幅部と、該拡幅部の幅方向の両側縁から中心側に向けた段差をもって形成された狭幅部と、を有し、
該段差は、前記フランジ部の外端縁と同じ位置か、または、前記フランジ部と固定鉄心との当接部と前記フランジ部の外端縁との間に位置していることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 環状に巻回されたコイルと、
該コイルの外周側を包囲すると共に、軸方向の一端側が開放された胴部と該胴部の開放端に形成された複数の爪部を有するケーシングと、
前記コイルの内周に軸方向へ移動自在に配置された可動鉄心と、
前記ケーシングの少なくとも開放端に配置された固定鉄心と、
前記固定鉄心と軸方向から当接すると共に、前記各爪部による締結が可能な円環状のフランジ部を有し、前記爪部を内側に折曲変形させることによって前記固定鉄心とともに前記ケーシングの開放端に固定された中空状のバルブボディと、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向の移動に伴って前記バルブボディ内を軸方向に移動するスプール弁体と、
を備え、
前記複数の爪部は、それぞれ前記固定鉄心に軸方向から当接する前記フランジ部とほぼ同じ高さに位置する箇所に段差を有し、該段差の軸方向の前記胴部側に拡幅部が形成されていると共に、段差の軸方向先端側であって前記拡幅部の幅方向のほぼ中央位置に、該拡幅部よりも幅が狭い狭幅部が形成され、
前記段差は、前記狭幅部の両側に形成されていると共に、前記固定鉄心に軸方向から当接する前記フランジ部の外端縁と同じ位置か、または前記フランジ部と固定鉄心との当接部と前記フランジ部の外端縁との間に位置していることを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 少なくとも軸方向の一端側が開放された胴部と、該胴部の開放端に形成された複数の爪部を有するケーシングを備えた電磁ソレノイドと、
該電磁ソレノイドによって駆動されるスプール弁体を収容し、前記爪部が内側に折り曲げられた状態で前記ケーシングの開放端側に固定されたバルブボディと、
を備え、
前記バルブボディは、前記ケーシングの内部に設けられた固定鉄心に軸方向から当接するフランジ部を有し、
前記各爪部は、それぞれ前記胴部に接続された拡幅部と、該拡幅部の先端部の幅方向の両側縁から幅方向内側に向けた段差を介して形成された狭幅部と、を有し、
前記段差は、前記狭幅部の両側に形成されていると共に、前記フランジ部の厚さ範囲内に位置していることを特徴とする電磁弁。
