Abstract
【解決手段】一端側が開放された胴部40aと胴部40aの開放端に一体に形成された複数の爪部47を有するケーシング40と、ケーシング40の開放端側に配置された第1固定ヨーク42と、爪部47を内側に折曲変形させることによって第1固定ヨーク42とともにケーシング40の開放端に固定されるバルブボディと、を備え、爪部40aを、根元側に形成された拡幅部47aと、拡幅部47aの先端側に段差部47cを介して形成された狭幅部47bと、から構成し、段差部47cを、第1固定ヨーク42に軸方向から当接するバルブボディの円環部39の外端縁39cと同じ位置に配置した。

Description
図8は第2実施形態を示し、各爪部47は、拡幅部47aの先端側、つまり段差部47cの幅方向の両側に空間部47eを介して2つの狭幅部47b、47bを設けたものである。
図9は第3実施形態を示し、拡幅部47aの先端である段差部47cの幅方向のほぼ中央に狭幅部47bが形成されていると共に、該狭幅部47bの先端に拡幅部47aと同一幅の幅広部47gが一体に形成されている。
前記ケーシングは、板部材を円筒状に丸めてなり、円周方向から対向した端部同士を接合することによって構成されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
前記ケーシングは、磁性体によって形成されていることを特徴とする電磁弁。
請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記拡幅部の先端両側に、間の空間部を介して前記狭幅部を2つ設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。
請求項1に記載の電磁弁において、
前記拡幅部の先端中央に、前記狭幅部を設けると共に、該狭幅部の先端に前記拡幅部とほぼ同じ幅の幅広部を設けたことを特徴とする電磁弁。

Claims (3)
- 環状に巻回されたコイルと、
前記コイルの外周側を包囲すると共に、少なくとも軸方向の一端側が開放された胴部と該胴部の開放端に一体に形成された複数の爪部を有するケーシングと、
前記コイルの内周に軸方向へ移動自在に配置された可動鉄心と、
前記ケーシングの開放端側に配置された固定鉄心と、
前記爪部を内側に折曲変形させることによって前記固定鉄心とともに前記ケーシングの開放端に固定される中空状のバルブボディと、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向の移動に伴って前記バルブボディ内を軸方向に移動するスプール弁体と、
を備え、
前記爪部は、根元側に形成された拡幅部と、該拡幅部よりも先端側に段差部を介して形成された狭幅部と、を含み、
前記段差部を、前記固定鉄心に軸方向から当接する前記バルブボディの一端部の外端縁と同じ位置か、または前記バルブボディの一端部外端縁よりも前記胴部側に位置させたことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 環状に巻回されたコイルと、
該コイルの外周側を包囲すると共に、軸方向の一端側が開放された胴部と該胴部の開放端に一体に形成された複数の爪部を有するケーシングと、
前記コイルの内周に軸方向へ移動自在に配置された可動鉄心と、
前記ケーシングの少なくとも開放端に配置された固定鉄心と、
前記爪部を内側に折曲変形させることによって前記固定鉄心とともに前記ケーシングの開放端に固定される中空状のバルブボディと、
前記可動鉄心の軸方向の移動に伴って前記バルブボディ内を軸方向に移動するスプール弁体と、
を備え、
前記爪部を、根元部側から前記バルブボディの軸方向の外端縁までの間の所定位置が前記根元部よりも内側に折曲変形し易い構造としたことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 第1部材に設けられた複数の爪部の先端部を、第2部材にかしめ変形させることによって、前記第1部材に前記第2部材を固定する固定構造であって、
前記爪部の剛性を、根元部よりも前記先端側の所定位置の方が小さくなるように形成したことを特徴とする固定構造。
