Claims (15)
- シリコン粒子及び分散媒を含むスラリーであって、前記シリコン粒子の粒子分布で90%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD90とし、50%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD50とするとき、1≦D90/D50≦2.5で、2nm<D50<180nmの二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 1≦D90/D50≦2.0で、2nm<D50<160nmのシリコン粒子分布を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 1≦D90/D50≦1.75で、2nm<D50<120nmのシリコン粒子分布を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 前記シリコンの含量が0.1重量%ないし30重量%である、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 前記分散媒は、N―メチル―2―ピロリドン(NMP)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、水、エタノール、メタノール、シクロヘキサノール、シクロヘキサノン、メチルエチルケトン、アセトン、エチレングリコール、オクチン、ジエチルカーボネート、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。

ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアセテート及びポリマレイン酸を除くポリビニル系樹脂と、これらのコポリマー、Siと親和度の高いブロック及びSiと親和度が低いブロックを含むブロックコポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。 - 前記添加剤は、前記シリコン粒子の含量100重量部に対して0.1重量部ないし50重量部で含まれる、請求項6に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- シリコン粉末のシリコン粒子を陰極活物質材料の製造に準備する第一の段階と;
前記シリコン粉末を、N―メチル―2―ピロリドン(NMP)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、水、エタノール、メタノール、シクロヘキサノール、シクロヘキサノン、メチルエチルケトン、アセトン、エチレングリコール、オクチン、ジエチルカーボネート、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む分散媒と混合し、シリコン粒子の粒子分布で90%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD90とし、50%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD50とするとき、前記陰極活物質材料が1≦D90/D50≦2.5、2nm<D50<180nmの分布特性を有するスラリー状の陰極活物質層形成用組成物をシリコンの含量が0.1重量%ないし30重量%として生成する第二の段階と、
を含む、二次電池陰極活物質層形成用組成物の製造方法。 - 前記シリコン粉末の前記シリコン粒子は平均粒径2nmないし200nmである請求項8に記載の二次電池陰極活物質層形成用組成物の製造方法。
- 炭素―シリコン複合体の製造方法であって、以下の:
請求項8記載の製造方法によって二次電池陰極活物質層形成用のスラリー状の組成物を製造する段階と;、
前記組成物に炭素を混合して炭素―シリコンから成る混合組成物を生成する段階と;及び、
前記混合組成物を熱処理し、炭化させる段階を、
含む請求項8記載の製造方法を用いる炭素―シリコン複合体の製造方法。 - 前記炭素は、ピッチ、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛、ソフトカーボン、ハードカーボン、グラフェン、炭素ナノチューブ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた一つを含む炭素である請求項10に記載の炭素―シリコン複合体の製造方法。
- 前記シリコンは、炭素100重量部に対してシリコン0.5重量部ないし30重量部の含量比で含む請求項10に記載の炭素―シリコン複合体の製造方法。
- 前記第二の段階には、分散を向上させるための超音波処理工程をさらに含む請求項8記載の製造方法。
- 前記超音波処理は、前記二次電池陰極活物質層形成用組成物であるシリコンスラリー全体を同時にバッチタイプで超音波処理する方法、又は、前記二次電池陰極活物質層形成用組成物であるシリコンスラリーを連続的に循環させ、前記シリコンスラリーの一部を連続的に超音波処理する方法で行われる、請求項13に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第一の段階と;
前記第二の段階に加え、
添加剤であって、以下の:
カルボキシメチルセルロースと;
ポリエチレングリコールと;
ポリアクリル酸と;
ポリアクリレートと;
ポリメタクリル酸と;
ポリメチルメタクリレートと;
ポリアクリルアミドと;
ポリビニルアセテートと;
ポリマレイン酸と;
ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリビニルアセテート及びポリマレイン酸を除くポリビニル系樹脂と、これらのコポリマー、Siと親和度の高いブロック及びSiと親和度が低いブロックを含むブロックコポリマー、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを、
含む添加剤を前記シリコン粒子の含量100重量部に対して0.1重量部ないし50重量部で添加する第三の段階をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の二次電池陰極活物質層形成用組成物の製造方法。
