Claims (14)
- シリコン粒子及び分散媒を含むスラリーであって、前記シリコン粒子の粒子分布で90%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD90とし、50%累積粒子サイズ分布の粒径をD50とするとき、1≦D90/D50≦2.5で、2nm<D50<180nmの二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 1≦D90/D50≦2.0で、2nm<D50<160nmのシリコン粒子分布を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 1≦D90/D50≦1.75で、2nm<D50<120nmのシリコン粒子分布を形成する、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 前記シリコンの含量が0.1重量%ないし30重量%である、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 前記分散媒は、N―メチル―2―ピロリドン(NMP)、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)、水、エタノール、メタノール、シクロヘキサノール、シクロヘキサノン、メチルエチルケトン、アセトン、エチレングリコール、オクチン、ジエチルカーボネート、ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO)及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 前記スラリーは添加剤をさらに含み、

- 前記超音波処理は、前記シリコンスラリー全体を同時にバッチタイプで超音波処理する方法で行われたり、又は、前記シリコンスラリーを連続的に循環させ、前記スラリーの一部を連続的に超音波処理する方法で行われる、請求項8に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 平均粒径2nmないし200nmのシリコン粉末と分散媒を混合して製造された、請求項1に記載の二次電池陰極活物質用シリコンスラリー。
- 請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか1項によるシリコンスラリー;及び炭素;が混合された混合組成物から製造された炭素―シリコン複合体。
- 前記炭素は、ピッチ、天然黒鉛、人造黒鉛、ソフトカーボン、ハードカーボン、グラフェン、炭素ナノチューブ及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた一つを含む、請求項11に記載の炭素―シリコン複合体。
- 前記シリコンは、前記炭素100重量部に対して0.5重量部ないし30重量部の含量比で含む、請求項11に記載の炭素―シリコン複合体。
- 前記混合組成物を熱処理し、炭化させることによって製造された、請求項11に記載の炭素―シリコン複合体。
