Description
Claims (11)
- ナビゲーション又はマッピング装置であって、
ユーザに対してデジタル地図を表示するためのディスプレイと、
デジタル地図データにアクセスし且つ前記ディスプレイを使用してユーザに対してデジタル地図を表示させるように構成されたプロセッサと、
ユーザが前記装置と対話できるようにするために前記ユーザにより動作可能なユーザインタフェースとを備え、
前記プロセッサは、第1の位置と第2の位置との間の提案経路を計算し、前記提案経路をデジタル地図上に表示させるように構成され、
前記ユーザインタフェースは、使用中にユーザが前記表示されたデジタル地図上で1つ以上の指示を提供することにより前記デジタル地図内に存在する1以上の領域を選択し、各選択領域が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかを判定できるように構成され、
使用中に前記デジタル地図に存在する領域の選択がユーザから受信される場合、前記プロセッサは選択領域に関連するデジタル地図データを判定し、且つ前記判定されたデジタル地図データ及び各選択領域が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかの判定を使用して1つ以上のマッピング又はナビゲーション動作を実行するように構成され、
選択領域が前記提案経路の一部を含まない場合は前記選択された部分は前記提案経路の修正に含まれ、選択領域が前記提案経路の一部を含む場合は前記選択された部分は前記提案経路の修正から除外され、
前記プロセッサは、各選択領域が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかの前記判定に基づいて前記選択領域の少なくとも一部を含む又は除外する修正経路を生成するために前記判定されたデジタル地図データを使用して前記提案経路の修正を計算するように構成され、
前記プロセッサは、前記修正経路を前記デジタル地図上に表示させるように構成される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、交通に関するリアルタイム情報にアクセスして前記デジタル地図上に表示させるように構成され、前記選択領域は、前記修正経路において回避されるべき交通領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、領域がユーザにより選択される際に、前記選択領域の少なくとも1つを地図上で強調表示させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ユーザインタフェースは、前記ディスプレイの一部に触れることにより前記領域をユーザが選択できるようにするためのタッチセンサディスプレイであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記選択領域の少なくとも1つは連続領域であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- ナビゲーション又はマッピング装置を動作させる方法であって、
デジタル地図データにアクセスし且つ前記装置のディスプレイ上にデジタル地図を表示するために前記アクセスしたデジタル地図データを使用するステップと、
第1の位置と第2の位置との間の提案経路を計算し、前記提案経路をデジタル地図上に表示するステップと、
前記表示されたデジタル地図内に存在する第1の選択領域の選択を前記装置のユーザインタフェースを介してユーザから受け付け、前記第1の選択領域の一部が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかを判定するステップであって、前記第1の選択領域は前記ユーザが前記表示されたデジタル地図上で1つ以上の指示を提供することにより選択される、前記ステップと、
前記表示されたデジタル地図内に存在する第2の選択領域の選択を前記装置のユーザインタフェースを介して前記ユーザ又は別のユーザからから受け付け、前記第2の選択領域の一部が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかを判定するステップであって、前記第2の選択領域は前記ユーザ又は前記別のユーザが前記表示されたデジタル地図上で1つ以上の指示を提供することにより選択される、前記ステップと、
前記第1の選択領域及び前記第2の選択領域に関連するデジタル地図データを判定するステップと、
前記第1の選択領域の少なくとも一部を含み又は除外し、且つ、前記第2の選択領域の少なくとも一部を含み又は除外する修正経路を生成するために、前記判定されたデジタル地図データ及び前記第1の選択領域及び前記第2の選択領域が前記提案経路の一部であるかどうかの判定を使用して前記提案経路の修正を計算するステップであって、前記第1の選択領域又は前記第2の選択領域は、前記第1の選択領域又は第2の選択領域の少なくとも一部が前記提案経路の一部ではない場合は前記修正経路に含まれ、前記第1の選択領域又は第2の選択領域の少なくとも一部が前記提案経路の一部である場合は前記修正経路から除外される、前記ステップと、
前記修正経路を前記デジタル地図上に表示するステップと、
を備える方法を実行するように前記ナビゲーション又はマッピング装置を制御することを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 実行される前記方法は、交通に関するリアルタイム情報にアクセスして前記デジタル地図上に表示させるステップをさらに備え、前記第2の選択領域は、前記修正経路において回避されるべき交通領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記選択領域は連続領域であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とするポータブルナビゲーション装置(PND)。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする車載一体型ナビゲーションシステム。
- 請求項6乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法を実行するために実行可能なコンピュータ可読命令を含むことを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。
