Claims (9)
- 軸受部材として内輪、外輪、および転動体を備えてなる転がり軸受であって、
前記軸受部材における腐食環境に曝される部位のうち、少なくとも軸受固定面を含む部位に、該軸受部材の基材に対して犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜が形成されてなり、
前記軸受固定面に形成された前記被膜が、多孔質の被膜であり、
前記軸受部材の基材が、鉄系材料からなり、前記犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜が、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウムのいずれかの元素を含む金属材料からなることを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 前記犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜が、前記金属材料からなる溶射被膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受は、前記外輪および前記内輪から選ばれる少なくとも一方の軸受端面で軸箱に締結され固定される軸受であり、前記軸受端面が前記軸受固定面であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受は、前記内輪および前記外輪の軸方向両端開口部をシールするシール部材を備えてなり、該シール部材のシール面側となる前記内輪および前記外輪の軸受端面に、前記犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜が形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜は、前記軸受固定面に形成される部位以外の部位において、該被膜の孔の一部または全部が封止されてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記犠牲陽極作用を有する被膜は、前記軸受固定面に形成される部位以外の部位の一部または全部が、犠牲陽極作用を有しない材料で被覆されてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記内輪の内径が、800mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受が、自然エネルギーから発電する発電機または発電設備で使用される軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転がり軸受が、風力発電機のブレードまたはヨーを支持する軸受であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の転がり軸受。
