Abstract
【解決手段】自然エネルギーから発電する発電機または発電設備で使用される転がり軸受1であって、該軸受を構成する1または2以上の軸受部材は、基材の表面の所定の範囲に防錆被膜を形成してなり、該防錆被膜は、該範囲の全部に、該基材に対して犠牲陽極作用を有する多孔質被膜を形成し、該範囲の一部における該多孔質被膜または該範囲の全部における該多孔質被膜に対して、該多孔質被膜の表面から封孔処理剤を含浸させる封孔処理をし、該多孔質被膜に該封孔処理をして得られる封孔処理体の表面をエポキシ樹脂塗料で被覆する第1の塗装処理をしてなり、該第1の塗装処理で形成された塗装面をウレタン樹脂塗料で被覆する第2の塗装処理をしてなり、該封孔処理剤が、該エポキシ樹脂塗料を希釈率15〜25%で希釈したものである。

Description
(1)該転がり軸受を構成する1または2以上の軸受部材が、基材の表面の所定の範囲(以下、被膜形成域とよぶ)に防錆被膜を形成してなる。
(2)該防錆被膜は、被膜形成域の全部に、基材に対して犠牲陽極作用を有する多孔質被膜を形成し、被膜形成域の一部における該多孔質被膜または被膜形成域の全部における該多孔質被膜に対して、該多孔質被膜の表面から封孔処理剤を含浸させる封孔処理をし、該多孔質被膜に該封孔処理をして得られる封孔処理体の表面をエポキシ樹脂塗料で被覆する第1の塗装処理をしてなる被膜である。また、必要に応じて、上記防錆被膜は、上記第1の塗装処理で形成された塗装面をウレタン樹脂塗料で被覆する第2の塗装処理をしてなる。
(3)該封孔処理剤は、上記エポキシ樹脂塗料を希釈したものである。

Claims (7)
- 転がり軸受であって、該転がり軸受を構成する1または2以上の軸受部材は、基材の表面の所定の範囲に防錆被膜を形成してなり、
前記防錆被膜は、前記範囲の全部に、前記基材に対して犠牲陽極作用を有する多孔質被膜を形成し、
前記範囲の少なくとも一部における前記多孔質被膜に対して、前記多孔質被膜の表面から封孔処理剤を含浸させる封孔処理をし、前記多孔質被膜に前記封孔処理をして得られる封孔処理体の表面をエポキシ樹脂塗料で被覆する第1の塗装処理をしてなり、
前記封孔処理剤が、前記エポキシ樹脂塗料を希釈したものであることを特徴とする転がり軸受。 - 前記防錆被膜は、前記第1の塗装処理で形成された塗装面をウレタン樹脂塗料で被覆する第2の塗装処理をしてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記封孔処理剤が、前記エポキシ樹脂塗料を希釈率15〜25%で希釈したものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記基材は鉄系材料からなり、前記多孔質被膜が、亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウムのいずれかの元素を含む材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記多孔質被膜が、前記材料を溶射材として用いて形成された溶射被膜であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記軸受部材のうち少なくとも一部の軸受部材の基材は、前記防錆被膜が形成される前記範囲に含まれる軸受固定面を有し、
該軸受固定面に形成された前記多孔質被膜に対しては、前記封孔処理および前記塗装処理が行われないことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。 - 前記転がり軸受が、風力発電機のブレードまたはヨーを支持する軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項記載の転がり軸受。
