Abstract

本发明公开了一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承,所述滚珠表面具有20‑30μm厚度的等离子喷涂自润滑涂层。本发明的自润滑涂层使得摩擦系数和磨损率同时降低,具有较低的摩擦系数,同时具有比Cr镀层更优良的耐磨性。在各个载荷下,磨损率比基体降低50%以上。

一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承及其制备方法。
背景技术
滚珠轴承是滚动轴承的一种,将球形合金钢珠安装在内钢圈和外钢圈的中间,以滚动方式来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦力和提高机械动力的传递效率。滚珠轴承不能承受较大的重载荷,在轻工业机械中较常见。滚珠轴承也叫球轴承。
而保持器的硬度相较于滚珠与环低,其材料有金属(如:中碳钢、铝合金)或非金属(如:铁弗龙、PTEF、高分子材料)。滚动轴承(rolling bearing)比轴颈轴承(journalbearing)的转动摩擦阻力小,因此相同的转速下,由于摩擦产生的温度会比较低。
滚珠轴承一般是用在低载荷机械传动的设备中。因为滚珠轴承的承载面积小,在高速运转的情况下极易出现严重的机械性损伤,所以在重载荷的机械传动中往往采取滚针式轴承以加大承载面,提高机械传递效率,同时降低机械性损伤。
滚珠轴承改变了轴承的摩擦方式,采用滚动磨擦,这一方式更为有效的降低了轴承面之间的摩擦现象,但所述摩擦方式导致需要采用润滑脂、润滑油进行减少摩擦。由于润滑脂、润滑油会消耗,因此需要定期进行添加,由此导致机械拆装等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承及其制备方法,能够使得滚珠轴承摩擦减小。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承,所述滚珠表面具有20-30μm厚度的自润滑涂层,所述涂层通过如下方法制备:
(1)将Cr3C2与NiCr在行星球磨机上球磨至不再沉淀;
(2)加入石墨烯、Ni包覆微米石墨和h-BN继续球磨至少10分钟;
(3)球磨停止前5分钟时,加入有机黏结剂球磨,得到悬浊液;
(4)将悬浊液进行喷雾造粒,得到自润滑团聚颗粒;
(5)在滚珠表面等离子喷涂所述自润滑团聚颗粒。
本发明所述的Cr3C2-NiCr-石墨烯是Cr3C2与NiCr与石墨烯作为一个组分按照重量比(5~3):(2~1):1混合而成。优选的,所述重量比为4:1:1。
所述等离子喷涂,其电流为400-700A,电压为30-70V,主气氩气流量50-140L/min,送粉速度25-60g/min。优选的,电流为550A,电压30V,氩气流量50L/min。
Cr3C2-NiCr涂层磨损以磨粒磨损为主,还存在部分粘着磨损以及因疲劳磨损引起的剥落痕迹;加入镍包覆改性石墨润滑剂涂层的磨损表面的自润滑涂层明显增多,这是在摩擦磨损过程中石墨不断从镍包石墨颗粒中析出,在切向力作用下流动,能对犁沟起到“填平”作用,因而可提高其耐磨性;镍包覆纳米h-BN成为形核中心,进一步细化晶粒,使生成的硬质相CrB4细化弥散在Cr3C2-NiCr内,摩擦应力使亚表层中的h-BN被挤到表面上而形成润滑膜。随着h-BN含量的增加,会使润滑膜更好的形成,涂层耐磨性得到提高。
本发明的复合涂层厚度约为20-30μm,其硬度较基体明显提高,超过500HV0.2。同时,在复合涂层中添加石墨烯使得晶粒得到细化,平均晶粒尺寸下降到20nm左右。
本发明的复合涂层使得摩擦系数和磨损率同时降低,具有较低的摩擦系数,同时具有更优良的耐磨性。在各个载荷下,磨损率比基体降低50%以上。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承,所述滚珠表面具有20-30μm厚度的自润滑涂层,所述涂层通过如下方法制备:
(1)将Cr3C2与NiCr在行星球磨机上球磨至不再沉淀;
(2)加入石墨烯、Ni包覆微米石墨和h-BN继续球磨至少10分钟;
(3)球磨停止前5分钟时,加入有机黏结剂球磨,得到悬浊液;
(4)将悬浊液进行喷雾造粒,得到自润滑团聚颗粒;
(5)在滚珠表面等离子喷涂所述自润滑团聚颗粒。
对比例1
省略实施例1的石墨烯,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例2
省略实施例1的NiCr,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例3
省略实施例1的Cr3C2,其余与实施例1相同。
对比例1-3的涂层,同样能起到润滑作用,但所述润滑效果稍差,只是相较于不含涂层的滚珠,提高一些。实施例1的润滑效果要明显优于对比例1-3,且耐磨时间长,起到润滑的时间也明显较长。即,本发明的3种材料混合,起到协同作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种固体润滑的滚珠轴承,所述滚珠表面具有20-30μm厚度的自润滑涂层,所述涂层通过如下方法制备:
(1)将Cr3C2与NiCr在行星球磨机上球磨至不再沉淀;
(2)加入石墨烯、Ni包覆微米石墨和h-BN继续球磨至少10分钟;
(3)球磨停止前5分钟时,加入有机黏结剂球磨,得到悬浊液;
(4)将悬浊液进行喷雾造粒,得到自润滑团聚颗粒;
(5)在滚珠表面等离子喷涂所述自润滑团聚颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚珠轴承,其特征在于,所述的Cr3C2-NiCr-石墨烯是Cr3C2与NiCr与石墨烯作为一个组分按照重量比(5~3):(2~1):1混合而成;优选的,所述重量比为4:1:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的滚珠轴承,其特征在于,所述等离子喷涂,其电流为400-700A,电压为30-70V,主气氩气流量50-140L/min,送粉速度25-60g/min;优选的,电流为550A,电压30V,氩气流量50L/min。
