図3、4、8〜16で説明したような接着剤のライン101に沿った接着部122および接着剤の切れ目107の配置、図7及び18で説明したようなローサイドの折り山102の構成、及び図19〜25で説明したようなフィルタ媒体106上における凹部656および凸部658の配置は、フィルタエレメント1が意味のある動作をする場合において、互いに結合可能である。
Claims (10)
- 自動車の内燃機関におけるガス、流入空気、燃料、尿素溶液またはモータオイルなどの流体、又は周辺空気を、自動車又は建物に導入するための換気システムにおける流体濾過用フィルタにおいて、
ローサイド(105)およびクリーンサイド(104)を含むジグザグ状に折り畳まれたフィルタ媒体(14;106)を有するフィルタエレメント(1)を備え、
前記フィルタ媒体(14;106)のローサイド(105)および/またはクリーンサイド(104)では、複数の細長い接着部(122)が、少なくとも2本の接着剤のライン(101)に沿って配置され、前記接着部(122)は、少なくともその一部が折り端(F)に対して垂直または斜めに延伸するとともに、接着剤のライン(101)の各々には、少なくとも1つの接着部(122)と、少なくとも1つの接着剤の切れ目(107)とが配置されており、
隣接する折り端(F)の間を延伸する濾過部(120)における接着剤の切れ目(107)において、折り端(F)に対して連続して平行に延伸する通路(126)が形成されないように、折り端(F)方向に視認した場合に、前記接着剤の切れ目(107)が、他の接着剤のライン(101)における接着剤の切れ目(107)に対して互いにずらされていることを特徴とする流体濾過用フィルタ。 - 通路(126)がジグザグ形状に延伸していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 接着剤のラインが、互いに平行で、且つ、折り端(F)に対して垂直に延伸する真直ぐな接着剤のライン(101)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記接着剤のライン(101)が等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- 隣接する接着剤のライン(101)の隙間(132a、132b、132c、132d)が、折り端(F)方向に視認した場合に、フィルタエレメント(1)の一端面(136a)から他端面(136b)に向かって大きくまたは小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- 隣接する接着剤のライン(101)の隙間(132e、132f、132g)が、フィルタ媒体(14;106)の折れ端(F)方向における中心にて折れ端(F)に対して垂直に延伸する鏡面(138)から外側に向かって大きくなっていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のフィルタ。
- ローサイド(105)およびクリーンサイド(104)において、
ローサイド(105)の少なくとも1つの接着部(122)が、クリーンサイド(104)の少なくとも1つの接着剤の切れ目(107)の両側面を過ぎて張り出すとともに、該接着剤の切れ目(107)と隣接するクリーンサイド(104)の接着部(122)の端面と重なっているか、および/または
クリーンサイド(104)の少なくとも1つの接着部(122)が、ローサイド(105)の少なくとも1つの接着剤の切れ目(107)の両側面を過ぎて張り出すとともに、該接着剤の切れ目(107)と隣接するローサイド(105)の接着部(122)の端面と重なっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。 - フィルタ媒体(14;106)がジグザグ状に折り畳まれた時に、フィルタ媒体(14;106)の表面側には配向されていない接着部(122)の反対面が、隣接する折り端(F)の間に形成される折り隙間(148a、148b)において対向して配置された接着部(122)の反対面上、または、折り隙間(148a、148b)において対向して配置された濾過部(120)の表面上に位置するように、接着部(122)の高さ(144)が、フィルタ媒体(14;106)に対して、接着剤のライン(101)に沿って変化することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- ローサイドの折り山(102a)から隣接するローサイドの折り谷(103a)にかけて両サイドに延伸する濾過部(120)が、ローサイドの折り山(102a)から視認した場合に、ローサイド(105)の方に第1屈曲部(552)を有し、クリーンサイド(104)の方に第2屈曲部(554)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
- ローサイド(105)では、ローサイドの折り山(102a)とローサイドの折り谷(103a)の間において、フィルタ媒体(14;106)の折り端(F)に対して垂直に延伸する複数の細長い凹部(656)がフィルタ媒体(14;106)に形成され、
クリーンサイド(104)では、ローサイドにおける隣接する折り端(F)の間に形成される折り隙間(148a)において、折り隙間(148a)を画定する2つの濾過部(120)上の2つの凹部(656)が、互いに直接対向するように配置されて、部分的に流路(660)を形成するように、対応する凸部(658)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のフィルタ。
