Description
(1)Ag含有層と、そのAg含有層に隣接して配置されるAg拡散防止層とを少なくとも含む光学選択膜であって、そのAg拡散防止層がFeSiX(X=1〜2)を含む、
光学選択膜。
(2)そのFeSiXがFeSi2(X=2)である、第(1)項に記載の光学選択膜。
(3)そのFeSi2がβ−FeSi2である、第(2)項に記載の光学選択膜。
(4)そのFeSi2がα−FeSi2である、第(2)項に記載の光学選択膜。
(5)そのAg含有層が赤外線反射膜である、第(1)項から第(4)項のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
(6)少なくとも、そのAg含有層と、そのAg拡散防止層とが、この順で積層されてなる、第(1)項から第(5)項のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
(7)少なくとも、そのAg拡散防止層と、そのAg含有層と、そのAg拡散防止層とが、この順で積層されてなる、第(1)項から第(5)項のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
本発明による光学選択膜は、Ag含有層と、Ag含有層に隣接して配置されるAg拡散防止層とを少なくとも含む光学選択膜であって、Ag拡散防止層がFeSiX(X=1〜2)を含むことを特徴とする光学選択膜である。本発明による光学選択膜は、光を熱に効率的に変換することに寄与することができる。すなわち、本発明による光学選択膜を構成するAg拡散防止層が、本発明による光学選択膜を加熱した際に、Ag含有層のAg(銀)が光学選択膜を構成する他の層に拡散することを防止して安定的な光学特性を維持することに寄与する。本発明による光学選択膜が、集光した太陽光及び熱媒体によって加熱される温度は、400℃以上でよく、600℃以上であることが好ましく、700℃以上であることがより好ましい。本発明による光学選択膜は、使用時に高温にさらされても安定的な光学特性を維持することができる。
図3に示す光学選択膜3を作製した。室温下で石英基板(不図示)に、Ag(銀)をターゲットとしてスパッタリングすることによってAg層(31)を積層し、続いて、FeSi2をターゲットとしてスパッタリングすることによってAg層(31)の上方にFeSi2層(32)を積層して、光学選択膜3を成膜した。
図6に示す膜4を作製した。室温下で石英基板(不図示)に、Ag(銀)をターゲットとしてスパッタリングすることによってAg層(34)を積層し、続いて、SiO2をターゲットとしてスパッタリングすることによってAg層(34)の上方にSiO2層(35)を積層して、膜4を成膜した。

Claims (7)
- Ag含有層と、該Ag含有層に隣接して配置されるAg拡散防止層とを少なくとも含む光学選択膜であって、
該Ag拡散防止層がFeSiX(X=1〜2)を含む、
光学選択膜。 - 前記FeSiXがFeSi2(X=2)である、請求項1に記載の光学選択膜。
- 前記FeSi2がβ−FeSi2である、請求項2に記載の光学選択膜。
- 前記FeSi2がα−FeSi2である、請求項2に記載の光学選択膜。
- 前記Ag含有層が赤外線反射膜である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
- 少なくとも、前記Ag含有層と、前記Ag拡散防止層とが、この順で積層されてなる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
- 少なくとも、前記Ag拡散防止層と、前記Ag含有層と、前記Ag拡散防止層とが、この順で積層されてなる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の光学選択膜。
