Description
(a)少なくとも1つの結晶質または半結晶質ポリウレタンポリマー、
(b)20℃〜25℃の範囲の温度において液体である脂肪族的に結合したイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、
(c)少なくとも1以上の、特定の元素が少なくとも+4の酸化水準を有する周期表の亜属5および6の元素の化合物、
(d)必要に応じて、更なる補助物質および添加剤
を含む水性組成物を提供する。
A)400〜5000ダルトン、好ましくは1000〜3000ダルトン、特に好ましくは1500〜2500ダルトンの数平均分子量を有する1以上の2官能性以上のポリエステルポリオール、
B)必要に応じて、62〜399ダルトンの数平均分子量を有する1以上の2官能性以上のポリオール成分、
C)スルホネート基および/またはカルボキシレート基を含有し、少なくとも1つのイソシアネート反応性ヒドロキシル基および/またはアミノ基を更に有し、従ってそれぞれ末端または側部スルホネート構造単位またはカルボキシレート構造単位をもたらす少なくとも1つの成分、
D)1以上のジ−またはポリイソシアネート成分、および
E)必要に応じて、1以上のジアミノおよび/またはモノアミノ化合物、
F)必要に応じて、他のイソシアネート反応性化合物
を含有する。
OH官能性成分A)、必要に応じてB)、必要に応じてC)および必要に応じてF)および必要に応じて溶媒を計量添加し、20〜100℃に加熱する。成分D)を撹拌しながら可能な限り急速に計量投入する。発熱性を利用して、イソシアネート含有量が、理論値に達するかまたはこれよりわずかに下回るまで、反応混合物を40〜150℃にて撹拌する。触媒を必要に応じて添加することができる。次いで混合物を、溶媒の添加により25〜95重量%、好ましくは30〜80重量%の固形分へ希釈し、続いて連鎖延長を、水および/または溶媒、E)、必要に応じてC)および/または必要に応じてF)で希釈したアミノ官能性成分の添加により30〜120℃にて実施する。2〜60分の反応時間後、蒸留水の添加によって、または混合物を蒸留水に移すことによって、分散を行い、分散工程中または分散工程後に、使用した溶媒の一部または全部を留去する。該方法は、成分C)を開始時および/または終了時に添加することにより行う。

Bayer MaterialScience AG(51368 レーバークーゼン)からのポリウレタン分散体;固形分約50重量%;イソシアネート成分としてHDIを有するフタル酸/ヘキサンジオールポリエステルに基づく直鎖ポリウレタン鎖のイソシアネート反応性ポリマー。分散体ポリマーのガラス転移温度は、約−10℃である。測定は、DSCによるものである。
〔Desmodur DN〕
HDIトリマーに基づく親水性的変性架橋剤イソシアネート。イソシアネート含有量約20%。
HDIトリマー/TDIトリマーに基づく親水性的変性架橋剤イソシアネート、活性化合物含有量=85%、イソシアネート含有量約15.5%。
Tanatex Chemicals B.V.製:水中でのステアリルアルコールポリグリコールエーテルの13〜17重量%の溶液、CAS番号:68439―49―6。

試験手段:
ブナノキ木材試験片5cm×14cm
PVCフィルム型Benelite(5cm幅)
接着剤分散体を、ブナノキ試験片(面積5cm×8cm)上へ200μm波状ドクターブレードにより塗布する。1時間後、標準気候(23℃/50%相対大気湿気)において、接着剤層を完全に乾燥させる。
複合材料は、70℃にて温度制御された加熱棚中につり下げる。2.5kgの重りを、PVCフィルム上につり下げ、フィルムを180度の角度にてブナノキ木材表面から剥離する。1時間後、試験試料を、加熱棚から取り出し、剥離した長さをmmにより決定する。
剥離長さ[mm]を以下の表に示す。値≧80の場合には、該フィルムを、60分の試験時間内に完全に剥離する。
値は、いずれの場合にも2つの個々の測定の平均である。
Claims (11)
- (a)少なくとも1つの結晶質または半結晶質ポリウレタンポリマーの水性分散体、
(b)20℃〜25℃の範囲の温度にて液体である脂肪族的に結合したイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1つのポリイソシアネート、
(c)少なくとも1以上の、化合物(a)および(b)の架橋反応の促進のためのバナジウム、タンタル、モリブデンおよびタングステンからなる群から選択される元素の化合物、
(d)必要に応じて、更なる補助物質および添加剤
を含み、結晶質または半結晶質ポリウレタンポリマーは、42℃および100℃の間の範囲の融点を有し、およびDSCによりDIN 65467に従って10K/分の加熱速度にて計測した−100℃および−10℃の間の範囲のガラス転移温度を有する水性組成物。 - 結晶質または半結晶質ポリウレタンポリマーは、20000g/モルおよび250000g/モルの間の範囲の重量平均分子量Mwを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- 結晶質または半結晶質ポリウレタンは、成分として、
A)400〜5000ダルトンの数平均分子量を有する1以上の2官能性以上のポリエステルポリオール、
B)必要に応じて、62〜399ダルトンの数平均分子量を有する1以上の2官能性以上のポリオール成分、

F)必要に応じて、他のイソシアネート反応性化合物

- モリブデン酸、モリブデン酸リチウム、モリブデン酸ナトリウム、モリブデン酸カリウム、モリブデン酸ルビジウム、モリブデン酸セシウム、モリブデン酸テトラメチルアンモニウム、モリブデン酸テトラエチルアンモニウム、モリブデニルアセチルアセトン酸、二酸化モリブデンテトラメチルヘプタジオネート、タングステン酸ナトリウム、オルトバナジウム酸リチウム、メタバナジン酸リチウム、オルトバナジウム酸ナトリウム、メタバナジン酸ナトリウムおよびヘプタモリブデン酸アンモニウムからなる群から選択される化合物が、成分(c)として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の水性組成物。
- モリブデン酸リチウムが成分c)として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の水性組成物。
- 接着剤の製造のための、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の水性組成物の使用。
- 成分a)またはb)の製造において、成分c)を、成分a)および/またはb)中へ導入することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の水性組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の水性組成物を含む接着剤。
- 皮革、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ゴム、ポリウレタン、ポリアミドおよびポリエーテルアミドからなる群から選択される物質を接着するための請求項9に記載の接着剤の使用。
- 紙、厚紙、木材、繊維ボードおよびポリ塩化ビニルからなる群から選択される物質を接着するための、請求項9に記載の接着剤の使用。
