Claims (9)
- 平板状の第1基板上に第1粘性物質を塗布した後、乾燥して底層を形成する段階と、
前記底層上の互いに離隔している複数の地点に第2粘性物質を配置した後、凝固させてベース構造層を形成する段階と、
前記ベース構造層上に粘性組成物を配置する段階と、
平板状の第2基板を前記ベース構造層上に配置された粘性組成物に接触させる段階と、
前記第2基板を前記第1基板に対して相対移動させて前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階と、
前記凝固された粘性組成物を切断する段階を含み、
前記粘性組成物は、身体内で薬理効果を引き起こす機能性物質を含むことを特徴とするマイクロ構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第2基板には、第3粘性物質が塗布された後、凝固して形成された底層が形成されており、
前記第2基板の底層を前記第1基板のベース構造層上に配置された粘性組成物に接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第2基板には、第3粘性物質が塗布された後、凝固して形成された底層と、前記底層上の互いに離隔している複数の地点に第4粘性物質が配置された後、凝固して形成されたベース構造層が設けられており、
前記第2基板のベース構造層を前記第1基板のベース構造層上に配置された前記粘性組成物に接触させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。 - 第1粘性物質が塗布された後、凝固して形成された底層と、前記底層上の互いに離隔している複数の地点に第2粘性物質が配置された後、凝固して形成されたベース構造層が設けられている第1基板を用意する段階と、
第3粘性物質が塗布された後、凝固して形成された底層と、前記底層上の互いに離隔している複数の地点に第4粘性物質が配置された後、凝固して形成されたベース構造層が設けられている第2基板を用意する段階と、
前記第1基板のベース構造層上に粘性組成物を配置する段階と、
前記第2基板のベース構造層上に粘性組成物を配置する段階と、
前記第1基板のベース構造層上に配置された粘性組成物と、前記第2基板のベース構造層上に配置された粘性組成物を接触させる段階と、
前記第2基板を前記第1基板に対して相対移動させて前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階と、
前記凝固された粘性組成物を切断する段階を含み、
前記粘性組成物は、身体内で薬理効果を引き起こす機能性物質を含むことを特徴とするマイクロ構造体の製造方法。 - 前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階は、前記粘性組成物への送風のない状態で、前記粘性組成物を0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で1次的に引張る段階と、引張りが止まった状態で5〜300秒間待機する段階と、1〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物に送風する状態で、0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で前記粘性組成物を2次的に引張る段階と、5〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物に送風する状態で、前記粘性組成物を凝固させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。
- 前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階は、前記粘性組成物への送風のない状態で、前記粘性組成物を0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で1次的に引張る段階と、引張りが止まった状態で5〜300秒間待機する段階と、前記粘性組成物への送風のない状態で、0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で前記粘性組成物を2次的に引張る段階と、5〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物へ送風する状態で、前記粘性組成物を凝固させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。
- 前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階は、1〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物へ送風する状態で、前記粘性組成物を0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で引張る段階と、5〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物へ送風する状態で、引張りを止めて前記粘性組成物を凝固させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。
- 前記粘性組成物を引張り、前記引張られた粘性組成物を凝固させる段階は、前記粘性組成物への送風のない状態で、前記粘性組成物を0.8〜2000μm/sの速度で引張る段階と、5〜100m/sの風速で前記粘性組成物へ送風する状態で、引張りを止めて前記粘性組成物を凝固させる段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。
- 前記切断された粘性組成物は、最小直径を持つ上端部の直径が5〜80μmであり、最大直径を持つ下端部から前記上端部までの長さが200〜3000μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ構造体の製造方法。
