Claims (7)
- 予熱帯、焼成帯及び冷却帯を有する焼成炉において、スターリングエンジンを、その高温側の熱交換部を前記冷却帯に配置させて設置した焼成炉であって、
該熱交換部は該焼成炉の炉体の左右の両側壁から該炉体の左右方向中央部近傍にまで延在していることを特徴とする焼成炉。 - 請求項1において、該焼成炉はローラーハースキルン、トンネルキルン又はシャトルキルンであることを特徴とする焼成炉。
- 請求項1において、該焼成炉はローラーハースキルンであり、前記熱交換部が該ローラーハースキルンのローラーの下側に配置されていることを特徴とする焼成炉。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、前記熱交換部が炉体に設けられた貫通孔を通って炉内に差し込まれていることを特徴とする焼成炉。
- 請求項4において、該貫通孔とスターリングエンジンとの間に振動吸収性を有した耐火断熱材を介在させたことを特徴とする焼成炉。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、前記熱交換部は雰囲気温度が300〜800℃の帯域に設置されていることを特徴とする焼成炉。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、前記冷却帯は、冷却用空気の吹き込みなしにスターリングエンジンによって冷却が行われることを特徴とする焼成炉。
