また、前記超音波溶着ベースの上面には、前記複数の直線状突部が形成された載置部が突設されており、前記超音波ホーンの外径は、前記載置部における前記絶縁部の延在方向の幅よりも大きいことが好ましい。
これによれば、絶縁部における撓み難い部位を極力小さくすることができる。また、絶縁部の延在方向において、ブリッジ基部は、絶縁部の他の部位に比べると、強度が高くなっている。そして、絶縁部の延在方向において、ブリッジ基部を含むように重合部を形成したため、絶縁部の他の部位に重合部を形成する場合に比べると、絶縁部における重合部での強度を確保することができる。
図1(a)に示す電動圧縮機10は、スクロール型電動圧縮機である。回転電機Mを構成する回転子11は、回転軸12に止着されており、回転電機Mを構成する固定子13は、モータハウジング14の内周面に嵌合して固定されている。電動圧縮機10を構成する圧縮動作体としての可動スクロール15は、回転電機Mを構成する回転軸12の回転によって旋回し、可動スクロール15と固定スクロール16との間の圧縮室17が容積減少する。
図7に示すように、超音波溶着装置41を用いて重合部32aを超音波溶着する際には、まず、第1絶縁部32における重合部32aの内周面を、超音波溶着ベース42の載置部42a上に載置する。
超音波ホーン43は、第1絶縁部32の重合部32aを超音波溶着する過程において、超音波振動に伴って重合部32aに対して回転する。しかし、超音波ホーン43に超音波振動を付与する前に比べて、重合部32aにおける直線状突部42b及び円環状突部43aの少なくとも一部が互いに対向した状態で挟まれる部分が少なくなってしまうことが無い。よって、安定した重合部32aの超音波溶着が行われ、重合部32aの溶着強度が確保される。
(1)重合部32aを、直線状突部42bが形成された超音波溶着ベース42と、円環状突部43aが形成された超音波ホーン43とにより、直線状突部42b及び円環状突部43aの少なくとも一部が互いに対向した状態で挟み込んで超音波溶着する。これによれば、第1絶縁部32の重合部32aを超音波溶着する過程において、超音波ホーン43が超音波振動に伴って重合部32aに対して回転しても、超音波ホーン43に超音波振動を付与する前に比べて、重合部32aにおける直線状突部42b及び円環状突部43aの少なくとも一部が互いに対向した状態で挟み込まれる部分が少なくなってしまうことが無い。よって、安定した重合部32aの超音波溶着を行うことができ、重合部32aの溶着強度を確保することができる。
○ 実施形態において、重合部32aが、第1絶縁部32の延在方向において、ブリッジ基部32kを含まない部位に形成されていてもよい。
○ 実施形態において、溶着部53が、重合部32aにおいて、ブリッジ片36の延在方向に位置する両縁部E3,E4まで延びるように形成されていてもよい。
○ 実施形態において、載置部42aを削除してもよい。この場合、超音波溶着ベース42の上面に直線状突部42bを形成する。
○ 実施形態において、円環状突部43aの数は特に限定されるものではない。
○ 実施形態において、第1絶縁部32の延在方向において、重合部32aの幅は、ブリッジ片36の幅よりも短くなっていてもよいし、重合部32aの幅がブリッジ片36の幅と同じであってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 回転電機のステータコアに複数配列されたティース間のスロットに巻線が波巻きで巻かれており、前記ステータコアの両端部からそれぞれ突出する前記巻線のコイルエンドの相間絶縁を行う一対の絶縁部と、前記スロットに挿入されるとともに一方の前記絶縁部のブリッジ基部から他方の前記絶縁部のブリッジ基部に延在する複数のブリッジ片とを有し、前記絶縁部は、帯状の前記絶縁部の両端部同士が重ねられた重合部を有して環状に形成されている回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法であって、
前記重合部を、複数の直線状突部が形成された超音波溶着ベースと、複数の円環状突部が形成された超音波ホーンとにより、前記複数の直線状突部及び前記複数の円環状突部が複数箇所で対向した状態で挟み込み、該複数箇所に位置する重合部を超音波溶着することを特徴とする回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。 - 前記超音波溶着ベースの上面には、前記複数の直線状突部が形成された載置部が突設されており、前記超音波ホーンの外径は、前記載置部における前記絶縁部の延在方向の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。
- 前記重合部を、前記複数の直線状突部、及び同心円環状に配置された径の異なる前記複数の円環状突部の少なくとも一部が互いに対向した状態で挟み込んで超音波溶着し、超音波溶着によって溶融した前記絶縁部の一部を、前記複数の直線状突部の間、及び前記複数の円環状突部の間に流れ込ませて凝固させることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。
- 前記直線状突部の延在方向が前記ブリッジ片の延在方向に沿うように、前記重合部を前記超音波溶着ベースに載置することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。
- 前記重合部は、溶着領域と非溶着領域とを有し、
前記重合部の外周域が前記非溶着領域となるように、前記重合部を前記超音波溶着ベースに載置することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。 - 前記重合部には、前記ブリッジ基部を含むようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の回転電機における相間絶縁シートの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法によって得られた相間絶縁シートを用いた回転電機と、該回転電機によって駆動される圧縮動作体とを備えたことを特徴とする電動圧縮機。
